According to a survey conducted by the China Youth Research Center,nowadays,more than 70% of students are resistant to schooling with different degrees of performance.The problem of junior middle school students' tiredness has always plagued teachers,parents and students.Current solution to this problem still remains on the theoretical assumptions and the reform of the education system.However,under the circumstance of the difficulty of reform,it is a challenging practical problem to help junior high school students to solve the problem of tiredness in the micro level.This paper takes Fuzhou S Middle School as an example.Questionnaires and interviews were taken as the methods to integrate the students in Fuzhou S Middle School.It was found that students in the school are generally tired of learning.The results of the survey showed that the problem of disgusting students in S middle school students was mainly caused by misconception and bad learning behavior in learning.Combined with the results of the survey,this paper adopted the group work intervention method,under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory and social support theory,basing on the social work professional value and concept,the group was designed.According to the actual situation of the students who had school-weary psychology,the intervention phases were divided into three aspects: emotional level,behavior level and cognitive level.At the same time,a positive support system was built in the group to help them to improve the problem of tiredness.After the end of the group,through the evaluation and reflection of the group intervention,it was found that the involvement of junior high school students was effective,and the group members had significant changes in emotions and behavior.Cognitive Behavioral theory and social support theory were also feasible in intervening in junior middle school students' study weariness.Finally,suggestions were raised to improve the problem of junior middle school students' tiredness,in order to provide reference for social work intervention for junior middle school students' problem of disgusting studying.
