Research On Interpersonal Communication Dilemma Of Empty-nesters In Urban Communities Involved In Group Work

China's aging population continues to increase,empty nest old man became evident phenomenon,because of a lack of communication between family members,emotional relatively scarce,narrow social occlusion,prone to negative,pessimistic,self closed state of mind,sensitive heart don't want to too much contact with others,not only affects the aging condition of psychological health development will also speed up the body,cause the body unwell.In tongzhou district of Beijing,for example,A community to help empty-nesters for expanding the scope of the interpersonal communication,and improve interpersonal skills as the goal,by the methods of questionnaire,depth interview and observation to understand community empty nest old man's life,to explore the empty nest elderly in various problems occurred in the interpersonal aspect,analyze the reasons and the actual demand,based on energy theory and the social support theory,based on the development mode and reciprocal mode,use group working methods,carry out suitable for the practice to solve the problem of community empty-nesters interpersonal involvement in work.Through investigation and arrangement,it is found that empty-nesters in this community lack initiative in interpersonal communication,low mood and weak communication ability due to their weakened physical functions,lack of family companionship and care,and the community's failure to take active and effective intervention measures against empty-nesters.In order to improve the community empty-nesters interpersonal enthusiasm,meet the needs of interpersonal spirit,carry out diversified group work intervention programme,six times to encourage guide service object involved in the group activities,and to evaluate its operation process and effects,problems arising from the activities to improve and perfect,and put forward with pertinence suggestion,lay the foundation for such research,promote the localization of social work innovation.After the event study,combining the development pattern and pattern in team work can effectively improve the empty-nesters in interpersonal problems,help them build interpersonal communication platform for expansion of interpersonal scope,improve their interpersonal skills,fill the spiritual demand level,thereby assisting empty-nesters better adapt to life in old age.
