The highly open and rapid development of the economy and society has promoted the continuous improvement of women's social status.The Internet has accelerated the level of economic and social openness and development.In the global public sector,there have been many women who serve as national leaders or heads of government."Women's participation in public sector management has evolved from being unacceptable to being widely recognized." However,the level of women's participation in public sector governance has not been increasing all the time,and the overall proportion is relatively small.Sometimes it may even appear repeatedly.In the context of "Internet +",female leadership in the public sector is stubbornly influenced by "subjective and objective factors".Based on the definition of the relevant concepts of female leadership in the public sector under the background of "Internet +",leadership traits,behaviors,and theories of contingency leadership are used as support.The methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and structural equations analyze the theoretical basis of female leadership in the public sector under the background of "Internet +",and then study the influencing factors of female leadership and the interrelationship between these factors.On the basis of subjective and objective factors,using the "trait factors,basic factors,organizational factors,and social factors",etc.,a research model of influencing factors of female leadership in the public sector under the "Internet +" background was constructed;Put forward the hypothesis of the relationship between trait factors,basic factors,organizational factors and social factors and female leadership in the public sector under the background of "Internet +";The questionnaire was used to collect data,and a total of 333 valid questionnaires were collected.After reliability and validity tests,fit analysis data analysis and hypothesis verification were performed;Traits have a significant impact on female leadership in the public sector under the "Internet +" 'background,and the two have a positive correlation.Among organizational factors,there is a positive correlation between organizational development space and interpersonal relationships within the public sector female leadership in the context of "Internet +" and social factors have a negative correlation and insignificance to female leadership in the public sector under the "Internet +" ' background.Based on the analysis results of structural equations,the key factors that restrict and influence the development and improvement of female leadership in the public sector under the background of "Internet +" are proposed as solutions.
