Women are an important force in creating and promoting the progress of human civilization,and their status and role in economic and social development cannot be ignored.The level of development of women is a major indicator of social development and national development,and an important measure of social progress.Since entering the era of knowledge economy,nearly half of the human resources of women have broken the traditional bondage,entered the workplace and embarked on leadership positions,and more and more women can be seen in government organizations.Some outstanding women rely on their unique The ability and charm have broken through the traditional male-led leadership model and created outstanding achievements.Female leading cadres have become an important force in the government organization of our country.Corresponding to this objective reality,the rapid development of female leading cadres means that the female leadership carried by these outstanding women is also becoming an important factor in promoting the development and promotion of leadership leadership.Therefore,exploring the issue of female leadership development in government organizations has both the need of theory and reality.This paper introduces the literature research method,system analysis method and gender analysis method,introduces the general situation of female leadership development in Chinese government organizations,reviews the achievements of women's leadership development in government organizations,and focuses on the development status and obstacles.And comprehensively analyze the development of women's leadership,explore the path of female leadership development in Chinese government organizations,and try to conduct feasibility demonstration from three dimensions:self,organization and environment,leading,transmitting and effectiveness.From the four aspects of leading ability,transmission ability,leadership effectiveness,and legal policy support,this paper proposes countermeasures to promote the development of female leadership in Chinese government organizations.Through the research of this paper,we can draw a conclusion:Although the current situation of female leadership development in Chinese government organizations is not optimistic,it is of great significance to promote the awakening of women's power consciousness,promote women's career development,and consolidate the party's ruling foundation.The development of women's leadership in government organizations is a gradual process that cannot be accomplished overnight.Therefore,the continuous efforts of women's leading cadres and the improvement of systems and policies are needed.In the continuous exploration and innovation,the effective development of women's leadership in government organizations is realized.
