Our country has entered an aging society.The Communist Party of China,Chinese government and event the academic circles have been focusing on the pension issues.With the gradual improvement of people's living standards and social welfare,people realize that in order to have a happy life in one's later years is not only relate to material requirement,but more significance,the emotional and mental support.Unfortunately with the miniaturization of the family structure in modern society and the weakening of the pension in home,it is difficult to meet the elder's satisfaction just based on the traditional pension model Meanwhile,the social daytime pension service has more advantages between home pension and pension institutions.And it has become a new direction to solve the pension issue.This service center in various places have been gradually established.How satisfaction of the service in such pension center is directly affects the quality of the elder's lifetime.Therefore,it's important to investigation the pension service of elder people in mental and emotional perspectives in such service centerBased on the analysis of the existing literature,this paper conducts research on the theme of social work that intervening the social daytime pension service center for elder's mental and emotional services.The main part is based on the research idea of current status,effectiveness analysis and making recommendations.First of all,the Introduction that focusing on the background and significance of the research combs and reviews the current research status.And it introduces several important concepts and research methods in this articleThe second part is an analysis of the requirement for mental and emotional support for the elderly in such daytime pension service center.This part mainly introduces the basic situation of the A,one of the daytime pension service center for the elders in T city,the basic situation of the elder in the center and the assessment of the mental and emotional requirement of the elders through the method of consulting data and field investigation.Those people mainly have four levels of the mental and emotional requirement:emotional support,social interaction,cultural entertainment,and self-realization.Finally,the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention are proposedFocused on analyzing the current situation of social pension intervention in such daytime service center for the elder's mental and emotional services,this part mainly elaborated the practical experience of social work intervention in this center.There are the two forms of services,direct pension service intervention and indirect pension service interventionThen we will evaluate the social work that interventions in the pension services for the elder in the center.This part is mainly to analyze the service effectiveness and shortcomings of the intervention of social work methods and the difficulties of the current intervention.We affirming the good results of the current social work intervention,such as the improvement of the mental and emotional state,the development of the social network as well as the effectiveness of improving the personal abilities and self-confidence of the elder.In opposite,it proposes that the mental and emotional service system is not well formed,the potential needs of some elderly people have been ignored,the construction of social support networks is insufficient,and the lack of continuity of service activities,the financial support and the difficulties in the intervention of social work such as financing channel issues,professionalization of professionals,and innovative service formsFinally,we'll give some suggestions and make conclusions,and puts forward suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of social pension services for the elder in social work.From the perspective of social support,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the joint development of the government,social work agencies and social workers.In the part of summarizing and reflecting on the research,will propose the deficiencies and prospects of the research.In order to promote the further development of social work intervention in the field of elderly services.
