With the advent of an aging society, the number of elderly people continues to rise, and various social problems caused by it are becoming more prominent.Under the influence of changes in Chinese family structure and the change of traditional concepts, living alone has become one of the actual states of the elderly. The absence of children makes it difficult for the traditional family pension model to continue to play a role, while institutional and community pensions have not yet reached perfect.Old people living alone face real situations such as changing social roles, adjusting their family status, and shrinking the scope of their lives.Often, old people's sense of wellbeing declines due to untimely debugging or neglecting the importance of independent debugging.Aroused the attention of all sectors of society. This article is based on observations and reflections on the development of the project "Love Warm Sunset,Old People Living Alone" undertaken by the H community in C city.Through the field observation method,we learned that the project lacks a bridge of trust between the service target and the community, resulting in the ineffective use of the welfare resources provided by the government and society to the residents of the area, which indirectly results in the imbalance of resource occupation and distribution. Therefore, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the urban community and the elderly living alone in the city,it can be seen that the composition of the residents in the contemporary urban community is very different from the traditional Chinese rural society. The lack of trust relationships in the context of social transformation has led to the phenomenon of barren effective interaction among neighbors in today's urban communities, and the gradual thinning of interpersonal relationship networks has increasingly become an important cause of weak community participation. Therefore, this article takes the community social capital theory as the research perspective, and uses the three dimensions of trust, norms, and network as the analysis tools to analyze the problems and causes displayed during the suspension of community service projects.Based on home interviews,single-person elderly people in the H community living alone who are in urgent need of community mutual assistance network are selected as the service objects, and the three dimensions of community social capital are used as support to explore and tap the community capital to be activated in the community.Aiming at the problem of building a mutual assistance network between the service object and the community and the neighborhood, the trust relationship between the service object and the subjects in the H community and the norm of reciprocity are shaped, and the stock of social capital in the community is revitalized.Exploring the two-way interaction path between the elderly living alone and the urban community,so that those who really need to benefit enjoy a sense of welfare, and understand how to protect their legitimate rights and interests. This is also how the policy for the elderly can truly benefit the individual, the community, and the society. An outlook of the realistic path.
