Middle-aged and old work of social work is a top priority,because of the body,the society and so on various aspects reason,is the need to be focused on group,is also the most effective group,they went through many years of wind and rain after some disability,some no labor,some widowed,some children there are all kinds of difficulties,need social help and care,this paper choose the special group inexpensive coarse village-year-old people who live alone as an example the spiritual comfort,debit the research in the blind zone offer certain efforts of government and social support by,the hope is that the social work theory and practice guidance,to play to the role of the community,government and other social forces to together Elderly people living alone not only provide financial support,but also spiritual assistance.They help elderly people living alone to enrich their spiritual life while ensuring their material life,so that they can live freely and happily in their old age.This study mainly applies the methods of individual cases and groups in the discipline of social work.At first,through interviews,we understand the situation of elderly people living alone in yangyagou low-rent housing area,and discuss and analyze the necessity and feasibility of applying social work methods to intervene elderly people living alone.Second on the premise of mastering basic situation,launched a questionnaire survey,the village-year-old people who live alone from daily life,mental health,living conditions,family relationship and the demand of the elderly living launched an investigation into several aspects,and analyzes the valid questionnaires back,draw a procession of Yang Ya Gou age old age characteristics of old people who live alone,then evaluate the elderly living alone oldman'sproblems and needs.By again after communicate with the staff of Yang Ya Gou workstation selected eight of voluntary participation in group activities-year-old people who live alone group,theme activities carried out6 times group,respectively subgoals,corresponding theme activities,interactions between team members support,formed a relationship depend on each other between each other network,abundant and face up to the old life,improve the life quality of team members,elected team leader at the same time,the establishment of a long-term contact mechanism,facilitating activity effect to play for a long time.At the same time,the author selected a case object to provide the case service.Object at the same time the author chose a case for its service,provides the case according to the features of a case,the established trust relationship with director after in-depth understanding of egotism,found that the director of the real inner demand,accurate assessment,integration of advantageous resources,through effective parent-child interaction,moderate director family conflicts,director of inner anxiety,then ease the director of the negative attitude towards life,gradually let director return to normal life state,family and social care,comfort the spiritual world of loneliness,improve the quality of life.The conflicts between theclient'sfamily are alleviated,the inner anxiety of the client is sorted out,and theclient'snegative attitude towards life is alleviated,so that the client can gradually return to a normal state of life,get the care of the family and the society,comfort the lonely spiritual world,and improve the quality of life.Through assessment shows the practice study effect is more obvious,the service object in life improved in different degree,but also have shortcomings,less experience of social work practice,during the process of practice out some processing not appropriate place,affect the overall effect of the service,after reflection the author also finishing processing corresponding and in spirit-year-old people who live alone reassurance or the author thinks that effective measures should be paid attention to,hope this research can help-the elderly who live alone relieves mental comfort debit the problem,improve the quality of life in elderly living alone the elderly,help the elderly live alone old man happy spend the rest of their lives,and more It is hoped that professional social work methods can be gradually infiltrated into traditional social work,so as to improve the service level of social work and make certain contributions to the localization of social work.
