Study On The Improvement Of Window Service Quality In Guangzhou Traffic Police Department

In recent years,Building a service-oriented government with Chinese characteristics has become a social consensus,at the same time,Guangzhou traffic police window service's reform of "streamlining administration,delegating power,strengthening regulation and improving services" has been developing in depth,The window service department is at the forefront of the reform wave.As for the service quality of the window department,it is a question that we really need to study to clarify the reform direction and build a targeted quality improvement system with real effect that satisfies the people.In this article,through the questionnaire survey,field observation,visiting the government affairs service center of Guangzhou and Guangzhou traffic police departments,based on the definition of public service in the new public service theory,service steering theory and customer first theory,and some theories about direct or indirect beneficiaries in public service quality management,based on the statistical analysis of the specific measures of the existing reform of the traffic police's regulation and service,and the calculation and reference of the Net Promoter Score(Net recommendation)in MBA,the preliminary findings of Guangzhou traffic police department service window quality construction standards,contain missing deficiencies,dislocation,serious shortage of performance management system,the problem of insufficient degree of public participation and supervision and inspection,through the investigation of the relevant literature and the analysis of the reasons behind the phenomenon,the root cause of these problems is the idea of top-down deviation.There is a huge room for improvement in the service quality of Windows,and the way of improvement is also in the exploration stage.The service window and quality management of the traffic police department are different from other government departments,so the characteristics,work priorities and professional background of the traffic police department should be considered.On this basis,the author puts forward some Suggestions,such as standardizing construction,strengthening department management,improving performance management,enhancing public participation and improving supervision mechanism,and these proposals in the implementation process will certainly encounter more new problems,so the traffic police service quality improvement will not be an overnight process.
