In recent years,with the deepening of the judicial administration reform,the prison system reform is relatively lagging behind,some contradictions are concentrated and some problems are increasingly prominent,especially the ideological impact on the prison police team is obviously not suitable.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand and master the influencing factors of the prison police's job burnout and take effective mitigation measures.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation and characteristics of the job burnout of the prison police in Gansu Province,to build the influencing factor model of the job burnout of the prison police in Gansu Province Based on the theory of transportation requirements resources and JD-R model,to analyze the causes of the job burnout,and to combine the job matching theory to match the job requirements and job resources of the police Through the analysis,this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the job burnout of the prison police in Gansu Province.This paper finds that: the degree of job burnout of the prison police in Gansu Province is high,more than half of the police have medium or above emotional exhaustion and low personal achievement,and nearly one third of the police have medium or above depersonalization.There are two main reasons: first,in terms of work requirements,workload is too heavy,emotional requirements are too high and skill requirements are low;second,in terms of work resources,unfair allocation,lack of leadership support and colleague support.To solve these problems,we should reduce the workload by implementing the work of reducing the burden at the grass-roots level,strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization,alleviate the depression,improve the assessment system,clarify the rights and responsibilities,ensure the fair distribution,focus on the work of the group,enhance the sense of professional belonging and identity,and provide powerful police guarantee toalleviate the work pressure caused by the insufficient police force based on the work requirements and the matching of work resources Efforts should be made to establish and improve the fault tolerance and error correction mechanism,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of police work,do a good job in public opinion publicity and guidance,establish a good image of the prison,add social support,and improve the matching degree of work requirements and work resources.
