The police profession is a high-stress and high-risk job.According to the study,in all stressful occupations,the police work to bear the psychological pressure index top.The new era has given the arrogant social responsibility and historical mission of public security,and police officers are facing unprecedented challenges and pressures.Due to the psychological stress,the work pressure and other occupational characteristics,the police officers of the job burnout issues of concern,some domestic and foreign literature shows that the police officers a higher degree of job burnout.Occupational burnout not only affects the physical and mental health of individual police officers,so that the psychological,physiological and behavior of employees produce a series of abnormal reactions,but also affect the police's job satisfaction,and even make it a negative work,life attitude.The study of police job burnout is of great significance.This study aims to examine the overall situation of the police job burnout,the demographic variables,the return imbalances,the work content variables,the social support variables,and the simple coping style variables on the job burnout by taking the police of the W Municipal Public Security Bureau as a sample To discuss the status quo of the police job burnout,to provide the necessary reference for the construction and management of the public security team and the police to prevent and alleviate the job burnout.Based on the analysis of the existing literatures,this study studied the use of the Occupational Burnout General Scale(MBI-GS)in 231 police officers of a public security bureau,paid the questionnaire of job imbalances,the questionnaire of job content,the amount of social support Table,simple coping style scale,questionnaire survey,the general situation of the occupational burnout of the public security bureau of W City,the demographic variables,the return imbalance variables,the work content variables,the social support variables and the simple coping style variables The relationship between job burnout is analyzed.The study found that:(1)the scale of the study used in the reliability and reliability indicators can be used for police job burnout research;(2)W public security police overall job burnout situation is generally stable,part of the police burnout to a certain extent.(3)demographic variables,pay-return imbalances,job content variables,social support variables,and simple coping style variables are significantly associated with job burnout.To solve the police job burnout is a systematic project,the need for social,individual,organization three aspects of collaborative efforts.In terms of society,to optimize the social environment,the establishment of a wide range of social support system;from the individual,the police should also actively carry out personal regulation,establish a firm professional beliefs,and constantly improve their own quality,learning to adjust the knowledge;Departure,organization-level management and intervention may be the most effective way to prevent and mitigate police job burnout.
