A Research On The Community Governance Model Of The "Interaction Among The Community,Social Organization And Social Worker" In Longhua Distric Of Shenzhen

In recent years,Longhua District of Shenzhen City has adhered to the "interaction among the community,social organization and social worker" as the basic project for community governance and service innovation,through strengthening community construction,improving the professionalism of social workers and promoting the high-quality development of social organizations,the community governance system has taken the community Party committee as the core of leadership,the community neighborhood committee as the autonomous hub,the community workstation as the administrative platform,the community party-mass service center as the service support,the social organization as the service supply,and the community residents' participation.To a certain extent,the problems of role dislocation,lack of resources in traditional community governance have been alleviated,and a situation of three-party resource sharing,complementary advantages and close linkage has been basically formed,which has been highly affirmed by relevant departments of the state,province and city,and provides reference development experience for other regions in the country.However,with the rapid development of economy and society,in Longhua District of Shenzhen City,a typical manufacturing area,the contradiction between people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development is relatively prominent.In terms of community governance,it is mainly manifested in the contradiction between the personalized and diversified service needs of community residents and the poor effect of the "interaction among the community,social organization and social worker".Based on the current situation of "interaction among the community,social organization and social worker" in Longhua district of Shenzhen city,this paper,from the perspective of collaborative governance,uses the methods of literature research,interview and case study to elaborate the research background and significance of the paper,the current research situation at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,and defines the concepts of community,social organization,social work and "interaction among the community,social organization and social worker" involved.In view of the problems of insufficient coordination and cooperation,residents' participation and the main body's own ability in the "interaction among the community,social organization and social worker" in Longhua district of Shenzhen city,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening top-level design and policy creation,guiding residents to actively participate in community autonomy,promoting the standardization construction of community neighborhood committees,increasing the support of social organizations,and improving the professional level of social work,etc.,so as to promote the "interaction among the community,social organization and social worker" community governance model in Longhua district of Shenzhen city to become more mature and perfect,further improve the level of community governance ability,and realize the coordinated governance among party Committee leadership,government responsibility,social regulation and residents' autonomy.
