Research On The Interest Expression Mechanism Of China's Rural Vulnerable Groups

China's rural vulnerable groups have always been special interest groups.Because of their lack of ability?employment opportunities,?single social relations?no stable source of income and other factors,they often have to express their vital interests.And under the background of overcoming poverty and realizing well-off society in an all-round way,it is of great practical significance to unblock the mechanism of interest expression of rural vulnerable groups,realize the full expression of their interests,and safeguard their own interests.However,in this process,due to the relatively poor economic and educational level of the group,the lack of ability to integrate the interests of grass-roots institutions and the service status of administrative personnel Poor degree,blocked channels of expression and other factors,rural vulnerable groups in the process of interest expression still face many difficulties.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the interest expression mechanism of rural vulnerable groups from three aspects: cultivating the expression mechanism of interest subject's appeal,optimizing the feedback mechanism of interest expression object,and strengthening the unblocked mechanism of interest expression channel.This is not only conducive to safeguarding the vital interests of the group,but also conducive to the establishment of a sound rural governance system,and create a good rural atmosphere.This article takes the rural vulnerable groups interest expression as the main line,follows the basic logic of "finding problems--defining concepts--analyzing problems--solving problems",carries on the analysis research through four parts.First,Chapter 1 is the introduction.Secondly,Chapter 2 defines the concepts of "rural vulnerable groups" and "mechanism of interest expression ",and explores the theoretical basis and significance of the research;Thirdly,Chapter 3 expounds the difficulties faced by rural vulnerable groups in the process of interest expression and further analyzes the constraints that cause the difficulties;Finally,Chapter 4 takes "the interest expression mechanism" as the breakthrough point,from three aspectsincluding the interest subject ? object and the channel to consummate the interest expression mechanism of rural vulnerable groups.
