Study On Social Work Intervention In The New Recruit Adaptation

The army has always been carrying the important mission of national defense education and national security,and is an important base for the training of military personnel.Our country has made great efforts in building strong military skills,improving the ideological and political quality of military personnel and condensing the spirit of China.Because the living field of recruits has changed,they have changed from the more comfortable and free living conditions in their daily life to the more disciplined and normative fields in the army,so there will be problems of military adaptation,such as the inadaptability of daily living habits,the inadaptability of training intensity and the inadaptability of interpersonal relations,and even so on.Because of disappointment or boredom,there is a feeling of withdrawal.The application of social work in the adaptation of recruits to the army can help recruits better solve the difficulties encountered in the process of military adaptation,make them adjust the pressure they face in the process of role transformation,integrate into the army life as soon as possible,deepen the understanding of social work in serving the army,and enrich social work.Contents and methods.This paper takes recruits with less than three months of enlistment and higher education level as the research object.Because this group has not yet experienced complete military training and ideological and political education,they are more sensitive to military life and can reflect the effect of social work service.This paper collects data by using the methods of documentation,questionnaire survey and interviews.Through investigation,we find out the adaptability of XX army recruits enlisted in September 2018 and educated in high schools and above,find out some recruits who have problems in military adaptability,and understand the main reasons for the problems in military adaptability of XX army recruits.Na formulated a social work programme for the reasons of psychological level,individual ability level and education and guidance mode.And eight group social activities were carried out.Through group activities,the pressure and emotional regulation,role recognition and people of recruits were improved.The problem of interpersonal relations helps recruits to better adapt to military life.Finally,the effect of social intervention on the adaptation of recruits is evaluated,and the shortcomings in it are reflected and the countermeasures are put forward in order to provide reference for the relevant research and social work of the adaptation of recruits.
