With the continuous deepening of China's military reform,incumbents of enterprises are continually recruited into the army from various enterprises every year.When a veteran returned to the original company to return to work and return to work,as a special group in the enterprise,due to the special experience and violent changes of his own identity and the huge differences in different working methods,some veterans could not immediately Adapt to work after reinstatement.Job maladjustments can affect veterans' subsequent career development,interpersonal relationships,and amateur lives.But current research on veterans has focused on veteran policy research and vocational training.In this research,the author studies how to intervene in retired soldiers from the perspective of social work,effectively understands and summarizes various problems they face,and helps them solve problems through professional social work,so as to promote them to adapt to the enterprise as soon as possible.jobs.This research investigates the adaptation status of retired employees of G companies through the methods of literature research,in-depth interviews and participatory observations,guided by social support theory and advantage perspective theory,and analyzes the retired employees of this company.Adapt to the situation.At the beginning of the research,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on G companies and other companies with retired employees,and conducted a preliminary exploration of the corporate adaptability of retired employees.Then conducted in-depth interviews with six employees who have just resumed work to understand their current working status,interpersonal relationships,career expectations and other information;and listen to the problems they face,in order to analyze their advantages and disadvantages.Then based on the questionnaire and interview content,the author formulated the goals of the group activity,designed the content of the corresponding group activity,and continuously adjusted the content of the group activity through the activity feedback and service effectiveness evaluation to ease the mood of the group members and resolve the post-reinstatement of the group members.Problems of adaptation.This article introduces the adaptability problems of retired employees through group activities,understands the actual needs of retired employees,looks at the problems from their perspective,and explores how to use their advantages to enter the enterprise faster.Finally,they work in groups to intervene in the enterprises Summary and reflection on adaptive work.
