ODR(Online Dispute Resolution),which is a new type of dispute resolution developed from the traditional dispute resolution mechanism under the Internet information environment.The B2 C e-commerce online dispute resolution mechanism in the title of this paper is an innovative online dispute resolution mechanism aiming at the contradiction between the growing online dispute between businesses and consumers and the traditional dispute resolution mechanism can not effectively solve.The emergence and application of this mechanism can effectively solve the traditional dispute resolution mechanism in the past because of its self Personal defects and social low recognition of the constraints caused by the real dilemma.The practice and application of Online Dispute Resolution Mechanism and the establishment and improvement of ODR platform maintain the smooth and orderly operation of online transaction environment,promote the trust and goodwill of both parties of e-commerce to online transaction,so as to better promote the development of online dispute.From the perspective of necessity,building online dispute resolution mechanism is one of the important means to build a diversified dispute resolution mechanism,especially in B2 C e-commerce transaction has gradually become a part of people's daily life.Promoting e-commerce online dispute resolution mechanism can effectively solve the increasingly diversified and complex contradictions between consumers and businesses,and provide a variety of more convenient and effective public online service products with lower operational threshold for the masses and society to fully meet the practical needs.The change of Internet mobile payment technology has activated citizens' network awareness,and the dispute resolution in the field of B2 C e-commerce has a good opportunity for development.Moreover,with the development and maturity of Online Dispute Resolution mechanism,it is not only able to solve the disputes in the field of e-commerce,but also gradually expanded to private micro lending,neighborhood disputes and traffic accidents.Although there are still many problems in the operation of Online Dispute Resolution Mechanism in the field of B2 C e-commerce in China,such as the lack of supply of relevant legal rules and judicial interpretation,the imperfect access mechanism of online mediators,the difficulty in the implementation of Online Dispute results,identity authentication,online delivery and confirmation and other technical issues need to be solved.In view of the above development difficulties,in the process of improving the mechanism,it is necessary to issue or modify relevant supporting legal rules to adapt to the new trend of e-commerce development,establish social autonomy with court ODR mechanism as the leading factor and diversified online dispute resolution mechanism,improve confidentiality measures,standardize identity authentication,document delivery and confirmation procedures,and finally innovate supporting technologies and services Improve the comprehensive management level of online disputes.
