The Study Of Current Situation And Countermeasure In Legal Education Of Middle School In China

To strengthen legal education is the ideological and political education in the new period of an important and difficult task.Since the third plenary session of the eleventh,especially with the deepening of the reform and opening up,the legal system education is more and more shows its important position in the ideological and political work practice.Although our country have made some great achievements in the field of legal system education,but there are still many practical problems,especially the legal system education in middle school.We have learned from the news media in recent years,about the middle school students' crime,crime presents the trend of younger age.Middle school students' legal consciousness is still extremely deficient,with legal weapon against violations which are less able to protect themselves,thus promoting secondary school education of legal system,improve the middle school students' legal quality is imperative.Through visiting survey X middle school in Guangzhou found that there are the secondary school education of legal system of some problems,such as serious lack of teaching materials,the legal system education of legal system of exam-oriented tendency seriously,teacher's legal quality is low,the absence of family education of legal system,the social bad style erosion,etc.To solve these problems,the author from the perspective of family,school,society comprehensively expounds the countermeasures,hoping to help middle school students of legal education problem.
