Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Legal Education For Pupils

Strengthening the work of legal system education is the basic project of legal society construction and the main content of rule of law.To carry out legal system education for primary school students and constantly enhance their legal literacy is the basic work for training law-abiding citizens and realizing the grand goal of a socialist country ruled by law.This paper is divided into four parts,which are the theoretical basis of studying legal education for primary school students,current situation of legal education for primary school students,existing problems,cause analysis and solution.To understand elementary education present situation of legal system,in the field of reference the related research results of this study,on the basis of the self-made questionnaire and interview outline,through to the investigation and study of Beijing primary part samples,emphatically investigate the legal knowledge,legal awareness and legal education implementation of obtaining firsthand material,and data statistics,according to the data analysis of problems existing in the elementary education of legal system,and find out the cause of the legal system education problems,and accordingly put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of elementary education of legal system,in order to further improve the elementary education of legal system work to provide the feasible operation scheme.
