A Study On Transformation Problems Of Scientific And Technological Achievements From Universities In Inner Mongolia

The economic competition is increasingly manifested as a scientific and technological competition all over the world,but actually is the competition of industrialization and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements;so it is a objective need of sustainable development of a country,a nation,a region in the competitive world to attach importance to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Since entering the new century,the strength if scientific study of national universities is improving constantly,whose contribution to economic development and scientific and technological progress is getting larger and larger,but the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities still has a long way to go.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part makes an introduction on the research background,significance,methods and literature review and so on.The second part defines the nuclear concepts about the scientific and technological achievements,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities.The third part,based on the status of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities in the whole country,adopts the comparative analysis to introduce the overview about the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities in Inner Mongolia,from the angle of input and output.The fourth part points out the problems and deficiencies,further deeply analyzes the causes.The fifth part mainly introduces the practice of the United States.Japan,the United Kingdom and Germany in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities,and experience or enlightenment which is worth learning.The sixth part,based on above analysis,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities in Inner Mongolia.
