Core strength originated in rehabilitation science,health science field,immediately attracted wide attention of national experts and scholars,with the level of scientific research to improve year by year,gradually penetrate into the core of strength training exercise training in the field,and as the recent introduction of sports training one means of training,volleyball,swimming,sprinting,and many other sports projects have been carried out experimental studies and receive better results,experimental studies in physical education in the field relate to very little,and in the50 m run,especially in training Students' training is not conducted through the experimental study,this article attempts to introduce the core strength training workout for middle school students,high school students to actively participate in sports activities to promote and improve their participation interests,enhance their physical fitness.In this thesis,the use of literature,interviews,questionnaires,experiments and mathematical statistics methods such as the northern town of Binzhou City Experimental Middle School 30 boys were studied experimentally for fifteen weeks.Before the experiment the whole process was designed experiments,and the influence of Students 50 m Race and the related strength quality index(standing long jump)and special speed indicator(10s and 30 m high leg buildup)as a test and research indicators.Experimental study northern town of Experimental Middle School boys 30 core strength training on the 50 meter Race,the following conclusions:1 Continued through the 15-week training discovery: the main core strength exercises have a positive impact on the score standing long jump,and there is statistically significant,but the experimental and control groups,and no significant difference.2 Through 15 weeks after the discovery exercises: A core strength training based on a certain degree of high school students 30 meters results,despite the results of the increase rate is relatively small,but there are some differences compared with before the experiment after experiment.After 15 weeks3 Through exercises that: the core strength-based training for high school students to improve achievement 10 s high leg has a role,and there are significant differences.4 Through 15 weeks of practice after discovery: the impact strength of the core-based training for middle school students 50 m scores have a certain significance.
