While MOOC,micro-course online video and flipped class model are highly regarded today,it is a time when online education reach a rapid development stage.Among them,intelligent tutoring occupies an important position in the student support service system.However,the research on intelligent tutoring system(ITS)abroad mainly studied how to improve the individualized intelligent student model and teacher model when the rather late start in China more focused on how to help students with applying internet to learn during fragmented time,in which way will effectively improve learning interest and ensure the quality of learning.Based on the typical case of High school biology "Molecule and Cell",I designed the tutoring strategy model which leads the debris learning to the depth study and finally develops an intelligent tutoring system,promotes self-learning interest and efficiency.In this study,we expounds the research status and research value of intelligent tutoring system in nowadays teaching.According to the "The ordinary high school biology curriculum standard" on the "Molecular and Cell" teaching recommendations and their own teaching content needs,weselected four typical cases for intelligent tutoring system design and development.Through analysis of demands based on web pages in intelligent tutoring systems,the user analysis and other comprehensive consideration,the guide path are set to:learning targets,instructions and instructional tutoring,basic knowledge learning,difficult point breakthrough,after class training and extra-curricular interest in expanding,thus constitute the intelligent tutoring system of curriculum resources module.In addition,we also introduced the development environment and design processes of intelligent tutoring system.The design and demonstration of specific pages are carried out in four typical cases of "Molecules and Cells".We chiefly presented the design of the tutoring case and guide module of the related web pages.Meanwhlie,by using action research method,the four typical classes were applied to the actual teaching or auxiliary teaching,and the concrete effectiveness was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews,including system satisfaction,serviceability,usability,learning effect and other dimensions.Through the processing and analysis of the data we gathered,it was found that the path design of the intelligent tutoringsystem and the design of each module all had a positive effect on the biology teaching in senior high school: it can improve students' learning interest and study efficiency which in turn improve sxudents' voluntary cooperation and exploration ability,but also conducive to high school biology classroom teaching activities and student-teacher sessions.But the limitations in module design,lack of resources and other issues exist simultaneously,and suggest the need of further research.
