Objective: To explore the characteristics and mechanism of lower limb EMG activity during the whole course running of college male 100 meters athletes.Objects and methods: 7 high level male 100 m athletes of Jilin University were selected as the research object. The NORAXONTeleMyo2100 R eight conductance telemetry muscle meter produced in the United States was used to measure the anterior tibial muscle, the lateral femur, the medial femoral muscle, the rectus femoris, the medial of the gastrocnemius muscle, the two head of the femoral and the back muscles at 1000 Hertz / seconds. The change of facial muscle electricity was monitored by data and the single factor ANOVA was used to analyze and process the monitoring data.Result:(1)the force sequence of all stages of the whole course run basically presents the first force of the gastrocnemius muscle, the two head of the femoral head, the rectus femoris subsequently exerting force, and the other muscles force the later force of the force.(2)the activation degree of the muscles in all stages of the whole course of running was similar, the same was the activation of the gastrocnemius(2.23 to 3.78 10-2V)and the two biceps femoris(2.32 to 3.32 10-2V);the different was the rectus femoris(2.43 + 0.11 10-2V)at the starting stage, and the acceleration of the tensor fascia latus(2.34 + 0.42 10-2V).The activation degree of the two head muscle(3.32 + 0.29 10-2V)and the gluteus maximus(3.35 + 0.36 10-2V)in the stage of the sprint run to a certain extent.(3)the iEMG contribution rate of muscle was similar to that of muscle RMS in all stages, that is,the contribution rate of the medial gastrocnemius(16.98% to 18.50%),the lateral gastrocnemius muscle(14.42% ~ 18.02%)and the two biceps femoris(14.76% to 17.34%).(4)athletes during the whole course of running, muscle RMS value and iEMG contribution rate showed a gradual improvement. Conclusion: the slow runners should focus on the special training of the rectus femoris;the slow speed athletes should focus on the special training of the tensor fascia tensor muscles;the slow runners should focus on the training of the two head of the femoris;the slow sprint athletes need to improve the muscle strength of the gluteus maximus. And the research also believes that the athletes to improve the coordination ability to reduce the degree of muscle fatigue, improve the muscle "economy",but also need to focus on improving the ability to maintain the speed of the future, and starting from the strength training of the gluteus maximus may be an important direction to solve this problem in the future.
