Symbiotic classroom model is studied under this trend in class under the education reform background gave rise to a kind of new teaching ideas and teaching methods,haian county of jiangsu province experimental school is more than 20 years a consistent results.This model views the classroom as an ecosystem where students,teachers,courses,environment and technology are all ecological factors in the system.Classroom observation originated in the west,are also popular in China,is China's primary and secondary schools to introduce a new method of teaching and research,in the academic circle and the line between teacher caught the attention of the "phenomenon" and hot.Classroom observation plays an important role in listening to the evaluation and evidence-based research,and thus gets a lot of attention.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current research status and development trend of education,and the present situation and results of classroom observation.The brief analysis of the second chapter,in the traditional classroom and its disadvantages on the basis of the observation way,proposed the symbiotic classroom theoretical assumptions,research the basic steps and introduced the classroom observation,it also provides an empirical study of the teacher team with basic guidelines.The third chapter is the main part of the article,emphatically discusses how researchers from students,teachers,curriculum,environment and technology four dimensions to design classroom observation scale respectively,and through the actual classroom observation activities to measure the symbiotic classroom,classroom assessment,diagnosis and improvement.The fourth chapter elaborates the positive change and significance of classroom observation based on the concept of symbiosis in school development,teacher development and student development.The last chapter expressed in this paper,the main research conclusions:the symbiotic classroom reform direction is correct and feasible,the implementation of classroom observation roots help symbiotic classroom reform,and can effectively promote the development of the school,teacher development,students development.This paper also puts forward a practical direction for later research.
