With the rapid development of the social economy of our country to improve the development of the west,efforts to support and strengthen the degree of attention to minority college students' level of education of the minority college students in the western region,especially the Uygur students enter the Mainland University with the educated foot gradually increased.A large proportion of these ethnic minority college students in the mainland go out of the remote western minority areas.Their life and learning styles are quite different from those in the former ethnic areas.They left the original learning environment of social life,and transformed space to learn in different areas of language life,which naturally generated many adaptive problems.Because I am a Han nationality who grew up in Xinjiang,I am very familiar with the customs and habits of ethnic minorities and living environment.Now I am studying in H University in mainland China.So I feel the academic adaptation problem of minority college students in the mainland learning.I believe that Uygur College students are most typical among minority college students.So this paper selects Uyghur college students in H University as an investigation object,and applies quantitative research and qualitative research to study their academic adaptation problems.In order to understand the status quo of Uygur students learning adaptation problems,taking H University Uygur students as an example,the design outline of investigation and interview,focusing on the investigation of Uygur students in language usage,the environment of academic recognition,the mainland high school school teaching situation and Uygur College Students' own situation.Through investigation and analysis,the causes of academic problems of Uighur college students in the Mainland mainly lie in four aspects: regional cultural differences,weak basic education,lack of effective preparatory education,and insufficient attention to professional Chinese teaching in universities.According to the actual situation of investigation,in the basis of absorbing the relevant regions and academic research results,the author putsforward the strategies to solve the problem of conventional academic Uygur mainland universities from two aspects,one is the Uygur students in their own efforts,including thoughts into,preserving and acting academic differences,practice,and actively adapt to the implementation;two is the comprehensive effect of social support networks,including the national policy support,school support system of students and teachers actively guide.Because of the complexity of education and individual differences of Uygur students,the conventional strategy may not solve all of the problems of academic adaptation,in order to explore new solutions,the author tries to use the methods of social work intervention of Uygur students learning adaptation problems.For this reason,I chose a Uygur university with academic adaptation problems in H university to conduct service guidance,and achieved some success in the later stage,which enriched the way of college student work to some extent.Due to the limited time and lack of experience,and a single service object,the author used the method of social work of Uygur students academic adjustment problems,it is necessary to test in practice and rich,and the integration of other conventional strategies to maximize the helping minority students solve the problem of academic adaptation.
