Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of Women's Finals In Rio Olympic Taekwondo Competition In 2016

Taking the technical and tactical characteristics of the women's finals of the Taekwondo competition in the Rio Olympic Games in 2016 as the research object,this paper selects the video of the first two athletes of the four women's weight classes,mainly using the methods of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and the women's decision of Taekwondo in the Rio Olympic Games in 2016.In order to improve the skill and tactics of Taekwondo and improve the overall skill and tactics level of Taekwondo in the future,this paper makes an analysis of the technical and tactical characteristics and relevant data of the athletes in the competition in order to provide the reference and constructive suggestions for the improvement of the Taekwondo training and the improvement of the overall technical and tactical level in the future.The results of the study show that:1.the technique of kicking and pushing kicking and the high score of the leg,of which the success rate of 49 KG double fly kicking and lower split is high,the success rate of 57 KG kicking and back spin is high,the success rate of 67 KG splitting technique is high,and the success rate of +67KG leg method is less than 6%.But athletes use more boxing methods,and only the score.2.hit technique is higher than that of the torso.The main technique is the cross kicking and the lower splitting technique,and the trunk technique is mainly the score of the cross kicking and pushing the kicking.3.the technical application rate of the front leg is higher than the back leg technology,especially the technique of the front leg push,the front leg cross kicking and the rear leg cross kicking is the main scoring technique.The rear leg technique is mainly the post cross kicking technique.4.attack tactics are the most used,and the use frequency of attack tactics is reduced with the level of improvement.The success rate of the attack tactics is high.The success rate of the combination leg in the attack tactics is higher than the single leg method,and the single leg method is mainly used for the scoring tactics and the counter attack tactics.
