Analysis On The Features Of The Technique And Tactics Of Female Athletes In The World Youth Taekwondo Championship

The Female Athletes in the World Youth Taekwondo Championship as the country's reserve forces,their levels represent the future of Chinese taekwondo international status,to continue to maintain the advantage of project of Female Athletes,youth taekwondo development level of the present study is very necessary,one of the most important is the research technique features.This paper focuses on the characteristics of female athletes in the world youth taekwondo championship.By means of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics,expert interview,logic analysis and other research methods,statistical analysis was carried out on the application of techniques and tactics in the competition.In this paper,the author summarizes the application characteristics and the development trend of the technique and tactics of the two athletes,and provides scientific reference and theoretical basis for the training of Chinese coaches and athletes.1.The research conclusion shows that:(1)technology USES volume rose,front leg techniques are more and more important,the 2014 world youth championships before cross leg kick is given priority to,before the 2016 world youth championships legs kicked supplemented,side kick;(2)the high score technology use number increase,scoring efficiency more and more obvious,the 2014 world youth championships in 1 minute technical score as the main means of scoring,the 2016 world youth championships in 3 minutes technical score as the main scoring means;(3)the technical attack and defense features are mainly dominated by offensive characteristics.In 2016,the technical response characteristics of the backleg of the world youth taekwondo gold standard are mainly based on the characteristics of the attack characteristics;(4)the two-time world youth championships in major use tactics are counter attacking tactics and aggressive tactics,active attack tactics began to dominate,a direct attack,direct counter is the major form of offensive tactics and tactics;(5)the total number of fouls is increasing,and the main types of fouls are different.In 2014,the world youth taekwondo championship was promoted,grabbed and cuddled,and the world junior taekwondo championship was dropped to the maximum in 2016.2.Advice:In the future training,we should focus on the training of the front leg technique and increase the probability of scoring.In order to improve the use of 3-point technology and 4-point technology,especially 3-point technology is the key technology of winning.Maintain and develop your own technical style,while also strengthening the training of relatively weak technologies,especially the turning techniques.Focus on active offensive tactics and defensive counter-attack tactics training,strengthen the active offensive ability,defensive ability integration training.We should constantly improve the dialectical understanding of the rules of the game and strengthen our physical training.
