Study On Techniques And Tactics Of Chinese Women Athletes

Taekwondo is one of the official events of the Olympic games today.The world cup taekwondo group tournament is one of the world's highest level events hosted by the world taekwondo Federation(wtf),which was held every two years in 2006.This event has promoted the popularity and development of taekwondo in the world,and has received more and more attention.This paper takes the characteristics of technical and tactical use of Chinese women athletes in the 2016 taekwondo world cup group,and summarize the application characteristics and existing problems of Chinese women athletes in the world cup in 2016,which will provide a theoretical reference for the future world cup group competition for women taekwondo athletes and their position in the world women team.The results of the study show that:(1)In the World Cup group match in 2016,our country female athletes win the game,which make use of their own advantages of the height,speed,with cosco distance score is given priority to,to push and former cross be kicked,splitting,cross to play under the technology as the main means of attack,but less difficult moves,continuous kicking technique,less close and posted by the use of less technology.(2)In the group competition in the World Cup in 2016,the most used technique of female athletes in attacking and attacking is the straight line technique.From the perspective of the change of attack technology,the technique with the highest frequency in the medium-high technology is the side kick(kick)and the horizontal kick;Side kick(push kick),horizontal kick and lower splitting technique are the most frequently used in high-level variational technique.From the perspective of the application of the technology,the application of horizontal kick is the most important,and the flexible transformation of these technical movements is the key to the success of women's athletes in China.(3)In the team the first round of the 2016 World Cup(regulation substitution round),influenced by the rules of the game,female athletes in our country mainly adopts the active attack and combat tactics,in order to gain a good start and lead;In the second and third round(free substitution round),the two sides against the intensity and frequency of enhanced obviously,for small and medium level,the other athletes in our country mainly in cuhk level athletes to play small tactics;Under the condition of each other as cuhk level athletes,female athletes in our country will be according to the field situation of personnel rotation at any time,and according to the tactical and physical characteristics of the other athletes took substitution tactics,effectively control the opponent's play,and keep the score in the lead.
