The organization and communication of sports organizations mainly refers to the process of information exchange between sports organizations and their internal and external environments.Organizational communication plays an important role in expanding the popularity of the event,maintaining the brand image of the event and enhancing the commercial value of the event.After nearly 20 years of development,the Chinese University Basketball Association(CUBA)has become the most influential event among colleges and universities in the country.However,the competition has not spread enough in the mainstream sports media in the society.All of these require CUBA to strengthen its organizational communication capabilities,continuously improve its internal and external communication channels,improve its communication strategies and skills,and further promote CUBA in China.This article takes the organizational communication of Chinese college basketball league as the research object,and uses literature and case analysis methods to comprehensively interpret and analyze CUBA's organization and dissemination of relevant literature materials.Firstly,the stage characteristics and organizational communication and communication environment of CUBA development are clarified.The change,that is,CUBA's development is divided into three stages of development according to the degree of competition.Secondly,it analyzes the organizational structure and the status quo and problems of external communication in the organization.Finally,we summarized the problems of CUBA's organizational communications and proposed corresponding solutions to the following conclusions:CUBA's intra-organizational communication architecture needs to be optimized.It needs to rationalize the relationship between CUBA's top management,strengthen the social co-operation capabilities of the general consortium,and implement the principle of “separation of management and management” in general terms;and optimize the management level within the CUBA organization.In order to realize the three-level pyramid-type communication structure in the organization,in addition to the organization,it is necessary to make reasonable use of the media,to pay attention to the informal communication within the organization,and to increase the sense of identity of the organization members.Organize the construction of CUBA official website in the external communication channel,integrate and disseminate in its own new media communication channel,in addition,strengthen the awareness and experience of media services,and also improve the CUBA business development,through the replacement of advertising and media resources.Ways to strengthen cooperation with commercial websites and television stations,broaden the coverage of CUBA and enrich the content of reports.
