Balance action plays an important role in the actions of five mimic-animal exercise competition,which is the bridge between the actions,the core of the entire action,and also the training difficulty.Through the research on the Qigong exercises,it is found that the basic study is confined on the qualitative analysis of the action,while the research on the balance action is relatively scarce.For the training of Qigong competing practice Kungfu routines and the practice experience of previous projects.Thus the teaching of Health Qigong Competition has a fallacy in the transmission because of the lack of scientific methods,quantitative indicators,objective evaluation indicators and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to use the scientific method to conduct a qualitative and quantitative research on the balance of Qigong routines in the Qigong competition,and to explain the training theory of the exercises in five mimic-animal exercise competition to form a standardized system of actions and take a scientific,standardized and systematic way.Based on the factors such as the ease of balance,the frequency of errors and their share of scores in the fitness Qigong competition in recent years,and combined with the advice of relevant experts,the study selected three balanced actions in three different physical states to analyze.Using the simultaneous measurement of surface myoelectricity and three-dimensional image analysis,six muscles of the support leg were tested objectively and accurately.The effects of muscle IEMG,muscle contribution rate,muscle movement timing and other factors on the balance action are analyze and three-dimensional video synchronization analysis of five mimicanimal exercise are used to analyze the technical characteristics of balance action and reveal its movement law.All the researches are in order to provide data support for the perfection of training theory of five mimic-animal exercise Contest,and to provide certain theoretical reference for the teaching,training and fitness of five mimic-animal exercise Contest Competition,so as to promote the scientific and effective inheritance and development of five mimic-animal exercise Contest.Three groups of subjects were analyzed and processed to draw the following conclusions:1.The strength to support leg muscle and the quality of the leg ligaments and joint ligaments Play an important role in determine the moving trajectory of the center of gravity in balance phrase,the buffer time of balance action and height of center of gravity and the stability of the balance action.2.During Deer Ben balance moment,right knee and joint should be maintained at angle 135°?145° or so,ankle angle should be maintained at 75°?85° or so.Non-supporting legs and hip angle in Shaw Away balance moment should be maintained at 30°?40° or so,the knee should be maintained at 175°?1650 or so.At the end of the balance action of Ape off,the hip angle should be maintained at 90°?100°,knee angle should be maintained at 160°?175° or so.3.Among professional group,the main motor muscle of Deer Ben in balance phase is the medial femoral and tibialis anterior muscle.The main motor muscle of Bear Akira in the balance phrase is the gluteus maximus,the medial femoral and tibialis anterior muscle.The main motor muscle of Ape picking in balance phase is rectus femoral and the tibialis anterior muscle.4.Compared with professional-group data,the stimulation on the support leg gluteus maximus,tibialis anterior muscle and the medialis muscle in balance phase is relatively weakening.For example,lower limb joints angle had more irregularities,the body showed significant forward trend,muscle activation timing had some differences,discharge time of lower limb muscle is short and relatively concentrated.Suggestions1.During the teaching or training we emphasize the combination of the actual and virtual situation of the center of gravity movement,focus on the practice of action with reverse order,meantime enhance the coordination and synchronization of action and breathing,so as to achieve fitness and raise the level of exercise purposes.2.In the teaching or training of buffering of center of gravity,we should pay attention to strengthening the strength exercises of the abdomen and lower extremity muscle to improve the flexibility of ligaments around the lower limb joints in deer Ben moves.In addition,we should note whether the hip forward and waist screw backward is in place.3.In balance-to-balance teaching or training,first of all,make clear the order of lower extremity joint activities and balance the angle range of lower extremity joint;Secondly,pay attention to adjusting the version of trunk ante and avoiding body leaning forward;Finally,pay attention to reflecting the characteristics of action focus with reverse order and moving in the shoots.4.In training exercises of balance stability in Deer Ben,Bear Akira and ape picking,first of all,to strengthen hip joint exercises in core area,to enhance the stability of the region;secondly to strengthen the exercises of medial femoral muscle,rectus femoral and tibialis anterior muscle in the buffering of center of gravity,and to strengthen the training of gluteus maximus,anterior tibialis,medialize,biceps femoral and gastrocnemius in balance links.In addition,enhance their sensory function of hip,knee and ankle joints,and enhance the stability of knee and ankle ligaments.5.During the teaching and training process in the future,we should pay attention to the combination of traditional teaching experience and modem science and technology.Using interdisciplinary perspective to analyzed the joint angles,center of gravity,velocity,IEMG,RMG and other data from the multidimensional perspective of kinematics and surface electromyography to promote quantification and learning of technical actions and provide rationalization of teaching and training for Health Qigong.
