Research On The Joint Construction Of University Spirit

School spirit is a concentrated reflection of the overall style of a school,and it is a result of the combined effect of management style,teaching style,and style of study.The joint construction of university school style is to unite the management style,the teaching style and the study style as an organic whole,and make the three interrelated and interactive,and build together for the formation of the fine school.In the new era,it is a necessary prerequisite for the realization of the connotative development of higher education,the construction of higher education and the promotion of the core competitiveness of universities,which can optimize the style of the managers,nurture the teachers' ethics,improve the comprehensive quality of the college students,and promote the formation of the excellent atmosphere of the university.The research on the construction of school spirit in universities is of great significance for strengthening the school spirit construction,improving teaching quality and promoting the reform and development of universities in the new era.This paper,starting with the basic theory of the construction of the university wind joint force,takes the consistency of the "three winds" construction objectives,the clarity of the responsibility division,the effective cohesion of each link and the coordination between the subjects as the basic requirements for the construction of the combination of the school wind.By combing the current situation of the establishment of the joint force of the universities wind,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the joint force of the universities wind,and deeply excavate the existing problems,and put forward effective countermeasures to strengthen the building of school spirit in universities.The text of this article is composed of three parts:The first part is the summary of the related theories about the construction of the school spirit.The meaning of the joint force construction of university wind is clarified;the elements and basic requirements of the construction of the combined force of the school wind are emphatically discussed;the theoretical support for the construction of the combined force of the school wind is summarized,and the necessity of the construction of the combined force of the university wind is expounded.The second part combs and analyzes the problems and reasons in theconstruction of the school spirit.The problems include: the consistency of the goal building is not strong,the division of responsibilities is not clear,the links are not effectively linked,and the departments cooperation is not smooth.At the same time,the reasons are analyzed from the perspective of the overall goal,responsibilities division,management measures and coordinated operation mechanism.The third part puts forward effective countermeasures to strengthen the construction of school spirit in universities.First,we should clarify the general goal of building the school spirit and strengthen the overall awareness of the building of the school spirit and the resultant force of teachers and students;Second,a reasonable set of school spirit construction efforts to ensure departmental responsibilities,rationalize relations,distinguish responsibility;Third,we must establish and improve the management system and organization of the school spirit,and ensure the resultant force of school spirit by the system;Fourth,we should improve the coordinated operation mechanism of the school spirit resultant force,ensure the effective linkage operation of all branches and achieve the resultant force and overall improvement.
