The level of Taekwondo and the ability of athletes in our country have progressed by leaps and bounds.However,in the process of development,there is a situation that there is always a strong female and a weak man.Although men's Taekwondo has made a new breakthrough in Rio Olympic Games,both Taekwondo and Taekwondo There is still a certain gap,therefore,how to improve the male athlete's competition and competitive level has become the top priority.Research results:(1)In the men's 58 kg class competition,the techniques used by the Asian Taekwondo athletes are the kicking kicks and the horizontal kicks.The utilization rates are 40.7% and 38.9% respectively,of which the cross kick technique has the highest scoring rate,which is 38.8.%;In the men's 68 kg class,Asian Taekwondo players use the highest frequency and the highest scoring rate is the horizontal kick;80kg Asian men's Tae Kwon Do players use kicking as the main technology,the usage rate is 39.0%,while the squat technique is used The rate is only 17.0%,but the score rate is as high as 44.6%;the cross kick technique is used the most in the men's +80kg Asian competition and the usage rate is 51.2%.(2)Asian men's Tae Kwon Do athletes use more than 95% leg technique,among which the highest cross-kicking and kicking technique usage rates are 43.7% and 37.3% respectively,and the median technology usage rate is over 80%,but 5.3% success.The rate is lower than the high level technology,and the success rate of the two-legged combo technology is up to 14.5%.(3)At the start of the game,the Asian men played the most offensive and defensive percentage in 4 to 10 seconds,accounting for 53.7%,and 75.9% of the games in all the first scores won;In the third game,more than 50% of the game,the score difference is 1 to 2 points,24.4% of the game scores are in the same state.Research conclusions:(1)The Asian men's Tae Kwon Do athletes use horizontal kicking and kicking techniques as the main leg technique of the game,and the technical success rate of the high position is higher than that of the median position technique.(2)Asian men's Tae Kwon Do players have higher success rate of two-legged combination technique.(3)Asian men's Tae Kwon Do athletes use higher offensive tactics,but the success rate of offensive and defensive tactics is basically the same.(4)The first offensive and defensive start time is concentrated in 4 to 10 seconds.The first score has a positive effect on winning the game;in the second and third game,the player uses a larger proportion of offensive tactics.
