Is high school students of high school thought political lesson teaching important way of moral education and education of law,the rule of law and thorough going efforts to promote China and constantly improve the high school curriculum reform background,in the process of the high school thought political lesson teaching to carry out and implement the rule of law education,to help high school students physical and mental health level of ascension,help the formation of the rule of law quality,high school students to help high school students rights consciousness and the enhancement of the sense of responsibility,can also help the further implementation of quality education in high school.Through to the high school thought political lesson education under the rule of law and the definition of the concept of the rule of law education effectiveness,from the humanism,constructivism,cognitive learning theory and motivation factor theory to explore the theory basis of the rule of law education in high school thought political lesson teaching,from the central committee of the communist party of China about the rule of law of the relevant documents and the rule of law spirit and "ordinary high school ideological and political course standard"(2017 edition)of the rule of law education in the high school thought political lesson teaching policy basis,to measure the effect of the rule of law education not only conform to the high school students cognitive level on the teaching content,teaching target to internalize the rule of law education content,also reflected in the rule of law education content externalized in the daily activities of high school students.To xx of the rule of law education in middle school,high school thought political lesson teaching effectiveness as a case analysis,discusses the rule of law in the high school thought political lesson education of specific problems,exist,suchas the overall level of the rule of law education teachers in high school thought political lesson teaching needs to be enhanced and the rule of law needs to improve the contents of the textbooks,and high school education appraisal way scientific problems need to be improved,and analyzes the reasons,through innovation in high school thought political lesson teaching of the rule of law education teaching method,raise high school thought political lesson teacher literacy to the development of German and French and improve the high school thought political lesson teaching effect of information feedback and the evaluation mechanism path,to strengthen the rule of law education in high school thought political lesson teaching effectiveness of the target.
