The national training of football teachers is the result of the country's high attention to campus football in recent years.Compared with the previous state-level training programs for physical education teachers,today's training theme is more explicit,namely the training of special football teachers.Starting from the first batch of training in 2015,it faces many opportunities and challenges,how to put the country's policy requirements on the ground,how to use training to achieve a given effect,and collect existing training information that has already been completed.The analysis of factors to develop more complete,scientific,and continuous training methods and means is a question worth considering during the entire national training cycle.In 2015 and 2016,the National Training Project,which was organized by Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and Hubei University,represented the status quo of the state-level training of backbone soccer teachers in Hubei Province.By understanding the current status of the two training-related situations such as the composition of teachers,the composition of trainees,and the setting of training courses,the specific training situation should be reviewed.The level and existing problems of the training of football teachers in Hubei Province at this stage should be understood.Concerning the shortcomings and their causes,the present situation and development thinking of the training of football teachers and football teachers in Hubei Province are proposed in order to obtain better training for the training of the five-year training period from 2015 to 2020.The effect has contributed a small amount to the construction of football teachers and the flourishing development of campus football.This article uses literature data method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method,and logic analysis method to participate in the two national junior college campus soccer backbone teachers trained by the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education in 2015 and the Hubei University in 2016.The specific training content of the football teachers,and the teachers,venues,curriculum design,and assessment methods of the two training courses were the subjects of study and reached the following conclusions and considerations:1.The proportion of male and female teachers participating in training is seriously out of balance,and the age structure is reasonably distributed,mainly in young and middle-aged people.However,most of them do not have football sports grades,and their football foundation is weak.2.The regional sources of teachers participating in the training are reasonable,but most of them are based on urban schools,and rural schools now have opportunities to participate.There are significant differences between urban and rural areas.3.Participating teachers have a positive attitude and clear purpose.They have a strong desire and desire for timeliness in football teaching.They are most impressed by the feelings and touches of practice and observation.They recognize the identity of front-line teachers and foreign teams.Higher,more active in learning and more competitive in football.4.Through training,the teaching ability,teaching awareness,and organization of teaching activities have been greatly improved.At the same time,training has promoted the exchanges between peers.Teaching resources are organically combined.5.The setup of training courses is basically reasonable,and there are certain differences in the ratios and timing of theory,practice,observation,and covers all the elements required for campus football training.
