With the comprehensive development of sports activities in today's world,the frequent occurrence of communication activities at home and abroad has led to the rapid development of various projects.With the development of table tennis,Chinese table tennis career climb on the peak of the world,table tennis as our country's "national sport" is not only in competitive sports,mass sports,school sports development is also in full swing,with the improving of the table tennis athletes in the tactical level,the development of science and technology,excellent results in the increasingly fierce competition,the athletes on the same level of skills and physical quality gap is narrowing,psychological factors research become one of the key factor in whether the match victory,and psychological factors have become the many scholars research direction.From the direction of the sports training in recent years,the coaches training methods and training is not only a simple technique training,physical training,such "practice" and the result,but a way of comprehensive,scientific,comprehensive training,including sports,nutrition,health care,psychological skills and so on a series of training.The performance of sports is not only in the hands of some "geniuses",but also more comprehensive and first-class talents.Pat Moore thought the athletes' competitive level as a constant in the experiment,not to influence the outcome of the whole experiment,is crucial in a tense environment shown by the skills of a kind of ability.The importance of psychological skills has become more obvious,therefore,I will take a view from the college table tennis championships athletes before the anxiety this topic as the breakthrough point,to find the rule of table tennis players pre-match anxiety and analyze the factors that affect these anxieties,feasible solving measures are put forward,I think it's necessary.Based on the basis of table tennis as the research,from the concept of sports psychology pre-match anxiety for the study of context,to participate in the 2017 Chinese college students' table tennis championship in 22 players pre-match anxiety as its research object.A comparative analysis was made on the state of pre-competition anxiety of table tennis players by using the cctai-c psychological anxiety measurement tool with Dr.Ye ping and the competition state anxiety questionnaire(2)compiled by martens.The use of research methods as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interviewmethod,etc.,from two dimensions to analyze the pre-match anxiety status of table tennis athletes,and from the internal and external factors,put forward adjust the feasible method of pre-match anxiety,for table tennis players can achieve better performance in the future,and improve the training methods for psychological counseling for athletes,so as to improve the anxiety state achieved excellent performance,reduce the athlete's anxiety caused by the negative,bad mood affect game play,better guarantee the game run smoothly,exerting peacetime training level.By using Excel and SPSS20.0 statistical software for table tennis players t test,multiple comparison on anxiety level and related analysis,through the data contrast,make a series of correlation test and variance analysis.The research results show that:1.The cognitive trait anxiety of table tennis players in the 22 nd college students' championship is generally higher than that of Chinese norm.2.The anxiety of female athletes in the social evaluation,the anxiety of playing the game level,the anxiety of failure,and the t-test value in the anxiety of the opponent's strength were significantly higher than that of male athletes.There was no significant difference in preparation anxiety and anxiety about injury.3.The athletes of the high level group rated anxiety in society,anxiety about failure,and perceived anxiety of rival power significantly higher than that of the super group.The athletes in the supergroup were significantly more anxious than those in the supergroup at the level of competition,anxiety about injuries and anxiety about injuries.4.The cognitive anxiety of athletes participating in singles matches is significantly lower,and athletes participating in group games have a higher cognitive anxiety.5.Male and female athletes have significant differences in the status anxiety of competitions.Male athletes had higher self-esteem than female athletes,while the other two were lower than male athletes.6.The cognitive level anxiety and somatic reaction anxiety of the super group were lower than that of the high-level group,and the athletes in the high-level group had significantly lower state confidence than those in the super group.7.The state confidence of singles matches is significantly lower than that of group games.In group games,the body's response to anxiety and cognitive state anxiety is less than that of singles.Related Suggestions in this paper:1,the coaches in the usual training and competition more should pay attention to the cultivation of athletes psychological quality,looking for the feasible adjustment method,understanding and analysis of every athlete's psychological,"suit the remedy to the case" for professional counseling.2.Guide the players to set up the correct game motivation and be a democratic coach.After the game,the correct method is adopted to make it face success and failure.3.Athletes should consciously cultivate their psychological quality and improve their own shortcomings.The ability of the training level and the skill and tactics of high self,so that the body and mind are fully promoted and developed.4.The coach and the team doctor shall strengthen the explanation and supervision of the knowledge of sports injury,and make professional training plans according to the characteristics of the athletes,so as to maximize the advantages of the team members.5.Training as many simulated game scenarios as possible in normal training to create a complex training environment.
