Objective:In this paper,the method of electromyography is applied to the basic movements of the curling.Through to the jilin province outstanding athlete curling basic techniques used in analysis of sports anatomy and the methods of electric measurement the combination power is to clarify how the core muscle group to maintain and improve the stability of the people about the importance of curling players core stability,also for later scholars which provides the theoretical foundation of research and the training of coaches,eventually improve and curling the competitive level of athletes.Methord:This paper takes Jilin province outstanding curling players,using a ME600 16 channel emg acquisition and methods of power analyzer for jilin province outstanding athlete curling ruby of normal punching in field test.By using the methods of electric analyzer to athletes who took the test at the completion of ruby core region when it hits the sweep and ice normal muscle to analyze electromyographic activity state,then comparing with the results on men's and women's curling athletes muscle electricity.In the end,the analysis of the motion anatomy and the electromyogram results of the normal stroke and the scanning of the ice were analyzed.Research results show that:1 Curling athletes basic requirements on the stability of the core movements particularly high,among them,in normal punch,rectus,the external oblique muscle is to maintain the stability of the athletes skeletal muscle,former saw muscle,trapezius muscle in the discharge and activation degree is the highest,is the main skeletal muscle power;In the ice-sweeping movement,the external oblique muscle and the trapezius muscle have the highest degree of electric discharge and activation.2 The skeletal muscles of male and female curling athletes are consistent in the timing of their exertion,and there is no significant difference.However,the skeletal muscles of male curling athletes are higher than those of female curling athletes in terms of electric discharge and activation.There are significant differences.
