The sports industry is an important part of the third industry.The commercial fitness club is the overall industry of the sports industry in China.It is also a part of the sports fitness and leisure market.It is called the sunrise industry of China.With the continuous development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of the people's economic level and the material level,the idea of spending money on health has gradually become deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.It has become a fashion to enter the fitness club.As an important part of the sports industry,commercial fitness clubs have a driving effect on sports industry and sports industry and other related sports industry.If the fitness industry needs long-term development,more people must be attracted to the gym club.In order to improve the development of the fitness club,The study of the consumer behavior of the commercial fitness clubs in Suzhou,Through questionnaire,literature,interview and logical analysis,the current development of Suzhou fitness consumer is studied.It is based on the factors of different age,sex,motivation and major impact on the satisfaction of the consumer.The following conclusions are preliminarily concluded:1.The number of female consumers in Suzhou Commercial Fitness Club is greater than that of men.The age is mainly between 19-45 years old,and most of the occupations are staff of institutions,government staff and staff of enterprises.2.Consumers' fitness motivation is clear,mainly in order to shape physique,enhance physique and relieve pressure.Consumers spend 3000-5000 yuan in fitness clubs annually.And the higher the income is,the more time and money it takes in the fitness club.3.There are differences in exercise duration,frequency and time among different consumers.The exercise years are mainly in 1-2 years and 2-5 years,two years.The frequency of exercising every week is 1-2 times / week,and the average exercise time is 1-2 hours.4.The top five of the main factors for consumer selection of fitness clubs are geographical location,transportation convenience,fitness environment,price and fitness programs.5.The overall satisfaction of the consumer to the fitness club was in the middle,with a total satisfaction of 77.0%.The fitness club environment and apparatus satisfaction reached 69.4%,the staff service satisfaction was 79.2%,the satisfaction of coaches was 79.4%,the fitness club price satisfaction reached 79.6%,and the fitness project satisfaction rate was 79.7%.
