Study On Group Cohesion Of Men's High Level Voleyball Team In Shandong

Group cohesion is a process of unsteady state.It is a symbol of whether the team is united and the goals are consistent.Group cohesion affects group members' cognition,satisfaction,and commitment to the group.[1] Group cohesion is a well-functioning engine of a team and an overall manifestation of the team's overall combat effectiveness.Volleyball is a collective sport.In this sports event,the contribution of each member to the entire team is inconsistent.This study analyzed the 72 high-level men's volleyball players from 6 teams of the C group men's team participating in the "Sports Association Cup" volleyball league in Shandong Province through literature research,questionnair e survey,and mathematical statistics.The main conclusions obtained are:(1)The group cohesion of men's high-level volleyball players in Shandong colleges is at a medium level.The team's cohesiveness score of the Shandong Sport University volleyball team is higher than that of the volleyball team in other colleges.(2)Comparing with the rank cohesiveness of men's high level volleyball players of different levels in Shandong colleges and the scores of each dimension,the results of variance analysis show that: in the dimension of group cohesion(3)Comparing with the cohesiveness of the high-level men's volleyball players in different positions in Shandong Province and the scores of each dimension.The paired T test shows that the volleyball players in the main attacker position and the volleyball players in other positions have significant differences in group cohesion and group task attraction.(4)Comparing the cohesiveness of the high-level men's volleyball players from different levels in Shandong Province and the scores of each dimension,the paired t-test showed that the volleyball players trained in 3rd grade and the 2nd grade volleyball players had the same group cohesion and group tasks.There were significant differences in the three groups of social consensus.There was a significant difference in the two dimensions of voluntary group training and volleyball player training in the first year;The volleyball players in the third grade training time and the volleyball players in the first grade training time have significant differences in the dimensions of group cohesion and group cohesion.(5)There is a positive correlation between the cohesiveness of the men's high level volleyball team and its dimensions in Shandong colleges;There is positive correlation between interpersonal communication and group cohesion and various dimensions of men's high level volleyball players in Shandong colleges...
