| In modem professional football,the club is an important factor in the long-term operation of the football market,and fans are the foundation for the club to conduct business activities.Any excellent football club must pay attention to fostering the cohesiveness of the fans.The level of the fans' cohesion is one of the important indicators reflecting the loyalty of the club's fans and has a crucial influence on the development of the club.Fostering the cohesiveness of the fan community can provide the club with a profound cultural heritage,but it can also bring considerable economic benefits.This article takes the research of Wuhan Zall's fan community cohesion as an example.First of all,from a large number of literatures on factors affecting cohesion,this paper extracts the influencing factors of group cohesion that accords with the characteristics of the group of fans.On this basis,it investigates the Wuhan Zall fan group.,Understand its basic situation,activity motivation,status of group cohesion,and the status of the factors affecting group cohesion,and use SPSS to analyze the data to find the influencing factors of group cohesion,and finally make recommendations.The findings are as follows:1 According to demographic analysis,Wuhan Zall fan groups are dominated by male fan groups,and most of them are young fan groups with undergraduate or college degrees.Most of them work in enterprises,compared to Wuhan.The state of development of the city has relatively good economic income,but it is somewhat"impetitive" on the number of years of the fans.This is likely due to the once turmoil in Wuhan's former Super League retirement.After the storm,the city of Wuhan is in football.There was a few years of empty period,during which time most of the Wuhan senior fans were lost.The Zall Club was established in 2011.It was not a long time since it was established.In addition,Zall's related team propaganda and fan interaction were poor.This led to a large number of "young" fans in the survey sample.2 Interests and hobbies are the most important motivation for fans to participate in fan activities.3 At present,the overall level of cohesion of Wuhan Zhuoer fans is relatively high and the status quo is good;and the influencing factors of the refinement in the article have a higher influence on cohesion.4 According to the significant analysis of different demographic variables on cohesion and cohesion,the differences in the economic status of Zall fans and the depth of watching qualifications have a great influence on the level of cohesion of the fans,and the internal and external factors of all parties are related to economic strength.The influence of fans with different fan ages also varies greatly.In addition,in terms of gender differences,the impact of situational factors on the cohesion of fans with different genders is also different.5 According to the correlation analysis,the similarity of members,the attraction of members,the improvement of team performance,the influence of group leaders,the size of a large group,the group preferential policies,a high degree of social recognition,a glorious tradition,and the group's refueling The influencing factors of the platform,the group's dating platform,having a common adversary,and having a strong opponent all have significant correlations to the overall cohesion,and each of the influencing factors is also significantly related to each other.And they are positively related to each other.This shows that if any one of the above 12 factors is changed,it may have a relevant impact on other factors.For example,when the team's performance is improved,the positive influence of 11 other influencing factors may be improved accordingly,thereby promoting the overall cohesion.6 Based on the regression analysis results of cohesion and cohesion factors,it can be concluded that the influence of 12 influencing factors on the overall cohesion is different.Among them,the influencing factors of having common opponents and possessing strong opponents have no significant influence on the overall cohesion of Wuhan Zall fans and can be ignored;while other influencing factors have a more significant impact on the cohesiveness of Zall fans..The influence of them is in order of similarity among members,attraction between members,team performance,glorious tradition,provision of interaction platform,provision of fueling platform,group preferential policies,group size,influence of group leaders.,social recognition,common opponents,strong opponents.Finally,according to the conclusion of empirical analysis,four suggestions were made for improving the cohesiveness of Wuhan Zall fans. |
