Research And Practical Exploration On The Construction Of Chinese Sports Characteristic Towns

With the development of Chinese economy and the improvement of the people's living quality,the demand for sports consumption has become diversified and multi-level,and the economically backward areas are in urgent need to make use of sports poverty alleviation,meanwhile take advantage of natural and cultural resources to get out of poverty.The Sports integration in cities and urban areas has accelerated the process of new urbanization in China.With the influence of facts,the construction of sports characteristic towns have been launched,which has been spread to all over the country Sports characteristic town is a combination of tourism Scenic area,sports industry gathering area and new urbanization development area and it included the functions of industry,culture,tourism and community.Under the background of the national fitness and the supply side reformation of sports industry,sports characteristic town has become a new impetus for the development of sports industry in China.Regarding to this paper,documentary analysis method,field investigation,expert interview and case analysis are applied,and based on the basic concept of Chinese sports characteristic towns,the construction theory and practical basis of sports characteristic towns in China are summarized,and the practical significance of are detailed clarified.Sichuan Huangwan kungfu cultural town,Nanjing Tangshan hot spring town,Beijing Fangfang international football town and rock climbing town of Mashan,Guangxi were used for examples as the four different types of sports cultures,which refer to sports culture,sports health,sports leisure and sports poverty alleviation.In this paper,the current situation and influence were systematically analyzed,while the problems and root causes of the construction were also analyzed in depth.With this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This study would enrich further for the theoretical system of the construction of Chinese sports characteristic towns,and also provide theoretical support for the long-term scientific development.Moreover,it contributes to provide suggestions for the government,the relevant sports departments,enterprises and other social multi-subject to participate in the construction of sports characteristic towns.Throughout the research,it is found that the construction of sports characteristic towns plays an important role in promoting the cross-boundary integration of sports industry,speeding up the development of new urbanization,developing the outstanding traditional culture,improving regional economic and social development level,and assisting in the sports poverty alleviation.However,due to the deviation of the government's understanding on thesports characteristic town,excessive administrative intervention and blind development happened,which lead the sports characteristic town into unilateral tourism,and made the industry became blurring and get a tendency of estate.Furthermore,since lack of effective social supervision,issue such as poverty alleviation fraud and land sales also appeared.In order to prevent and solve these problems,it is necessary to highlight the sports characteristic and build up an industrial chain and service circle as well as strengthen the support and management of the government,carry out the scientific planning,cultivate diverse social subjects,encourage all of them to participate in the construction of small towns.What's more,the construction of ecological civilization need to be paid highly attention to,exploit natural resources properly and promote the co-construction and sharing of sports characteristics towns.
