In recent years, new cases of end-stage renal disease have been increasing, causing great suffering to both patients and their families. As a treatment method that not only can cure patients' diseases, but also can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,"Kidney Transplantation" has now become the best choice for patients with end-stage renal disease. In the study, according to the author's medical social work experience in renal transplant patients in R Hospital of Jiangsu Province,we conducted a cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy for the patients with kidney transplant who lack of social adaptability.By setting up comparative experiments, taking the "Disease Psychosocial Adaptation Scale" as the main evaluation method and the interviews of the group members as secondary evaluation methods, the effect of intervention programs of cognitive behavior groups on the social adaptability of renal transplant patients was analyzed. The results showed that compared with the score before the intervention group, the experimental group in the "Disease Psychosocial Adaptation Scale" in the four dimensions of health care, psychological status, family relationships and social conditions,as well as the overall level of social adjustment intervention significantly reduced the score,The score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group. Therefore, the paper argues that cognitive behavioral group intervention can effectively improve the level of health care, psychological status, family relations and social interaction of patients after renal transplantation, and significantly improve their social adaptability. This improvement is manifested in the following four aspects:1.Ask health care workers to explain their health to the team members, explain common problems after surgery, and provide scientific nursing knowledge to help patients correctly understand their own physical condition and avoid unnecessary nervousness And anxiety;2.through example and model training,so that members and example case exchange and comparison, establish a positive self-awareness and improve their confidence in themselves and the future;3.through supportive intervention training for team members and their families Build a platform for sincere exchange and improve the family relations of team members;help encourage patients to feel self-achievement and find self-worth and superiority through mutual encouragement and sharing among team members;4.using psycho-drama and role-playing Method,so that members understand their shortcomings in social interaction, learn more ideal social skills and ways to improve the social status of team members.
