| The experiences of being a world basketball powers shows,the way we cultivate reserve talents will influence the sustainable development of basketball sport directly.Otherwise,basketball sport will not be glorious.Cultivate well-rounded basketball talent is the base of our country turning into a basketball powerful nation.Start from the first CBA league in 1995,China had gradually marketized.And now,the feature of China's basketball reserve talent's cultivation can be introduced by using the following two cultivation modes: traditional mode,the marketized mode integrated education and physical education.To cultivate basketball reserve talents better,China has founded 82 Chinese Basketball High Level Reserve Talent Base in two times.These base now undertakes responsibility of cultivate China's basketball high level reserve talent.But,differences of region and scale caused differences of cultivating level.So,for now,it is quite necessary to clarify these base's talent reserve status,cultivating status and the flow of talent,analyze the now existing problems and their reason,and then,propose solutions of these problems.This research used methods such as literature material law,interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics etc.to research the current situation of the 82 basketball high level reserve talent base,and got following conclusions:The basketball high level reserve talent base are distributed imbalance in China,most of them are in developed coastal cities,and only few of them are in midwest cities.On spatial distribution,it presents ‘more in east,few in west' and ‘more in south,few in north'development trend and ‘one point',‘one belt',‘many plate'development pattern.‘one point' means Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Sports.‘one belt' means eastern coastal provinces and cities.‘many plate' means some middle provinces and cities' where reserve talent base are concentrated.The talent cultivation of China's basketball high level reserve talent base presents following features: the number of reserve talent base are steady increasing;talent'straining are 7 times per week on average;the main training motivation is interest;expected value are presenting in multi-dimension feedback;low concentration of learning attitude;poor performance on academic record;most of the talent were selected from middle school,and the primary choose factor is the development potential of physical and psychological qualities;more talent were going into an physical college as a high-level athletes.There are more male coaches in basketball high level reserve talent base than female coaches,and most of them are aged 41-50.Most of them are retired professional athletes with junior college degree,and has been teaching 10-15 years as a lecturer.Coaches are not very satisfied with their working condition,promotion development,working strength and salaries.Two times a day,1-2 hours a time is the main principle of training.The selection of talent was often different by the coach's exercise and training experience and theory accumulation.First of all,the contradiction between learning and training is the principle contradiction stands in talent cultivation of basketball high level reserve talent base.Secondly,budget shortage has also affected the regular training and match.What is more,the teaching level of coach,selecting of athletes,and the athletes' employment issues are also neglected factors in basketball talent's cultivation. |
