The educational practice is the necessary practice course for the normal school student to become a qualified teacher.It is a key link for obtaining teacher qualifications.The teaching practice of modern normal university students is the first of its kind.It is the most common and typical practice of the "normal school" for the purpose of teaching elementary school teachers in the Republic of China.In the period of the Republic of China,the "normal school" in Zhejiang Province was relatively prosperous,and it was a typical representative of secondary normal education in the Republic of China.This paper takes the Zhejiang normal school in the Republic of China as the research object,and discusses the development and implementation characteristics of the Zhejiang Normal School's educational practice in the Republic of China from three angles: the Normal School,the Rural Normal School,and the County Simple Normal School in the Republic of China.Inspiration and Reference for the Reform of Educational Practice in Contemporary Normal Schools The paper is divided into five parts:The first part mainly introduces the reason and significance of the selected topic,research status and reflection,research purpose,research method and concept definition.The second part discusses the policies and evolution of the practice of normal school education issued by the Ministry of Education during the Republic of China.The regulations of normal schools and the corresponding standards of educational practice courses promulgated by the Ministry of Education during the Republic of China are the guiding direction and basis for the implementation of educational practice in normal schools in all provinces.The third part discusses the implementation of education practice in Zhejiang Normal School during the Republic of China.The three types of normal schools in the Republic of China—General Provincial Teachers' College,Rural Teacher's College,and County's Simple Teacher's Normal School's main line—take Zhejiang Provincial First Normal School,Cixi Jintang Rural Normal School and Xianghu Normal School,and Zhuji.The County Simple Normal School and the Tongxiang County Simple Normal School are typical representatives of the three types of normal schools.They analyze the implementation and development of the practice of Zhejiang Normal School during the period of the Republic of China.The study found that education practice in various types of normal schools in the Republic of China was put in place,and it reflected the adjustment and creation of national policies for educational internship.The fourth part discusses the characteristics of educational practice in Zhejiang Normal School during the Republic of China.In the period of the Republic of China,the teaching practice of Zhejiang normal schools focused on cultivating the comprehensive practical ability of education;the guidance and base for educational practice were guaranteed;the contents and forms of internship were diverse,and the time of internship was “according to the school system”;regular seminars were held.Or criticize the meeting and establish strict assessment standards to improve the quality of internships.In the period of the Republic of China,education practice also had limitations of the times,such as limited internship time,limitations of practice bases,and weaknesses in internship guidance.The fifth part is summarizing and reflecting.From the teaching practice of Zhejiang Normal School in the period of the Republic of China,we found that there are three basic problems related to educational practice,namely,the relationship between educational practice and the development of teachers' specialization;the relationship between normal schools and practice schools;the combined relationship of educational theory courses and educational practice courses.
