With the gradually development of modern educational reforms, normal education occupy a more and more pivotal position in education. while educational practice as a required course with multidisciplinary,integrity and practicality, as an integrative training mode in training teacher students'capability of being a teacher and as a valid means in testing the teaching effect in altitude educational schools, influences altitude educational reforms and evolutive step greatly, and it also influences altitude educational quality and training goal.Undoubtedly, it will be great significance to comprehend and analysis the passing complexion in educational practice about the graduates in altitude normal academy and schools, to recognize and figure out issues that exist in modern educational practice for enhancing the validity of educational practice, developing the quality of educational practice and heightening the ability of students'knowing themselves and for the intending development of altitude normal academy and schools.Based on such acquaintanceship, the paper mainly adopt bibliography, questionnaire investigateing and interview methods to investigate and study the status quo in altitude normal educational practice aiming at finding the practical issues from the requirement of student'practice and practical circs.This paper specifically split into five parts: The first part: exordium.
