Study On Professional Ethics Anomie And Cultivation Path Of Professional Football Players In China

As media carriers such as broadcasts,newspapers and periodicals develop fast,various aspects in society and life especially in sport fields have been more often exposed to the public's eyes.Sport has become a hot topic for modern media.Lots of news that is related to sport is often headlines in newspapers among which many are reports about professional football players including their positive or negative events.Nowadays,professional football develops so fast,and it creates a considerable amount of social and economic value.Meanwhile,there exists something inharmonious as well,for instance,fighting against other players and their referees on the court or off the court,match fixing,provocative action,doping,taking drugs and retaliation off the court etc.Therefore,professional football players not only need to improve their techniques,but also their professional ethics levels.In this paper,literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire method,content analysis method,etc.are used to study the connotation of the professional ethics for professional football players.The connotation is systematically organized in this paper and the study is done based on empirical research.The purpose is to have an overall apprehension of the phenomenon that many professional football players do what they should not do in professional ethics.It analyses the causes of the phenomenon and puts forward the grow path of professional ethics for professional football players by using the ecological system theory and stage theory of moral development.Three main aspects including path target,path execution and path guarantee were designed to cultivate professional ethnics in the hope that it will provide a certain theoretical basis for the professional football players in our country.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.During the past three years,the phenomenon that Chinese professional football players lost their professional ethics in various competitions does exist especially in Chinese Football Association Super League and Chinese Football Association CHINA LEAGUE.2.The classification of professional moral anomie for football players can be divided into individual moral anomie and group ethics anomie.3.The classification of professional moral anomie for professional football players can be divided into in the field and out of the field.4.Although the amount of ethnic anomie in China has been declining in recent three years,their professional ethics still need to be further improved.5.The causes of professional ethnic anomie are mainly related to the following three aspects:professional footballers' personal qualities need to be further improved;football players lack education;relevant laws of professional football is not perfect;professional football clubmanagement is unscientific;management system of professional football players is imperfect;the commercialization of professional football plays a significant role in the development of professional football.Based on the analysis of the phenomenon and causes of professional ethics anomie,this paper puts forward that the construction of professional ethics cultivation path of professional football players which mainly includes subjective path of realization,objective path of booster and transformation of path achievement.The subjective path is the execution path,which represents the self-path of the professional football player.The guarantee path is the objective booster path,including the institutional path,the club path,the social path and the evaluation path.The ultimate goal path includes the promotion of professional ethics level of professional football players,the cultivation of professional ethics training and the construction of formative path paradigm.The three paths in this path model are inseparably interacting with each other.
