The promulgation of the State Council's Implementation Opinions on the Reform of the Examination Recruitment System Reform(No.35,Guofa [2014])in September 2014 marks the official kick-off of China's new round of college entrance examination system reform.The character and function of the senior high school proficiency test have changed,it now functions as graduat qualification evaluation and selection.The new round of college entrance examination reform will be implemented on senior high school freshmen who admitted to the school in the fall of 2018 on all fronts in Sichuan province.The senior high school academic level examinations are divided into qualification examinations and grade examinations,and the result of graded examinations will be counted into the total score of the college entrance examination.Biology is one of the subjects for grade examinations,and the senior high school biology level test is bound to receive attention,guiding the teaching and learning of senior high school biology.Taking the theory of education evaluation,educational measurement and multiple intelligence theory as the theoretical basis,three copies of the ordinary senior high school Biology academic proficiency test paper of Sichuan province(herein after referred to as “Sichuan Senior High School Biology Test Paper”)from 2016 to 2018,four ordinary senior high school biology level test papers from 2013 to 2015 in Zhejiang Province(herein after referred to as “Zhejiang Senior High School Biology Examination Paper”)and five general university entrance examinations for biological examination papers(hereinafter referred to as “Zhejiang Senior High School Biological Selection Examination Paper”)from 2015 to 2017 are taken as the research object.They were analyzed from the three aspects,the paper structure,knowledge content,and ability requirements using methods of text analysis,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,and literature data analysis.The basic situation of Sichuan's senior high school biology examination papers,the connection and difference between those papers and the Zhejiang senior high school biology examination papers was discussed and summarized,from which the propositional revelation of the Sichuan Provincial Senior High School Biology Academic Level Test(hereinafter referred to as “Sichuan Senior High School Biology Level Paper”)is obtained,offering teachers and students suggestions.1.After the overall analysis of the Sichuan Provincial Senior High School Biology Examination Paper,such conclusion can be drown: In knowledge content,what are examined is mainly the basic knowledge of biology;In ability requirements: the basic skills of the middle school biology curriculum are priority which reflects the level of achievement of the student's curriculum standards.In 3 papers,the contents of understanding account for more than 90% of the whole exam content.The questions mainly examine students' understanding of the basic concepts,principles and laws of biology.To sum up,the current Sichuan Senior Senior High School Biology Examination Paper is based on monitoring and cannot fully meet the new requirements for the academic proficiency test under the background of the new round of college entrance examination system reform,therefore,adjustments are needed.2.Based on the analysis of senior high school biology examination papers and selected examination papers in Zhejiang Province,after discussion and summary,here is what has been found:(1)In the examination paper structure,comparing with the Zhejiang Provincial High School Biology Examination Paper,the proportion of non-selected topics in the examination papers increased from 30% to 44%;the reading volume is also increased.(2)In knowledge content,the two types of papers focus on the examination of basic knowledge of biological basic facts,principles,concepts,etc.,and they all have many graph questions,with an average ratio of 32.4% and 33.25% respectively.However,compared with the Zhejiang Provincial High School Biology Examination Paper,the scope of the examination papers was wider,with the addition of two modules of Elective One and Elective Three.The examination papers had significantly increased the examination of experimental(activity)-related knowledge content,and percentage of the experiment(activity)questions points in the test papers was 12.25% and 35.2% respectively.In addition,questions in Selective Test Papers reflect the examination of biological core qualities.(3)In terms of ability requirements,Zhejiang province's senior high school biology selective papers differ greatly from the test papers.According to the independent sample T test,it was found that in addition to the ability to acquire and process information,there was no significant difference(p=0.407)between the two tests,and the other three types of capabilities: comprehension and expression,experiment and inquiry,and comprehensive utilization were extremely difficult(p=0,p=0.002,p=0).In addition,the difficulty of selected examination papers is layered,focus on the examination of the ability and quality,reflecting in the selection function.3.Based on the above analysis,this paper discusses the enlightenment of the Sichuan senior high school biological grade paper on several aspects such as the structure of the test paper,knowledge content,question type setting,and ability requirements.4.Finally,some suggestions for teachers' teaching and students' learning are provided.
