The research focuses on the present situation and strategies of pre-school child's parental education.Parental education refers to the education of parents,which aims to change or strengthen educational concept of parents,to enable parents to acquire the knowledge and skills to raise and educate their children." It is not easy to be a parent,it's too easy to ignore,too easy to see." Mr.ChenHeQin wrote in his book called Child Discipline.The parenting education has been paid much attention by all countries.In 2015,the ministry of education issued an important document on child discipline education: The guidance of the ministry of education on strengthening the work of the child discipline,which clearly affirms the importance of parenting education,which has generated a wave in the field of pre-school education.Parental education is a weak link in the family education in China.Meanwhile,in the western regions of China,parental education has a huge development space,and the demand of children and parents for parental education has increased.This study collects historical research information by means of literature,collects the first-hand data with the questionnaire method,and carries on the deep interview to the research object.In the western hinterland of China,I chose Nanchong Shunqing District as a sample collection,because Nanchong is the second most populous city in SiChuan province and an important transportation hub city in the west,the survey data are collected from different levels of kindergartens,such as street communities,towns and villages,which are more representative.In the course of issuing questionnaires and visits,emphasis was placed on collecting information on the basic situation of the respondents,their understanding of parental education,the way in which the child was raised,the ways in which he or she acquired knowledge related to parenting,and the ideal parenting education.The author finds many problems in the present situation of pre-school children's parenting from the data collected,for example,inadequate management of parent schools,inadequate parenting education in the kindergarten,a single form of parenting education,weak teacher capacity,insufficient parental knowledge of parenting,and neglect of parenting attitudes.The pursuit of itscauses involves different areas at all levels.The first reason is the difficulties in the legislation of parenting education,the content of legislation and the subject of law enforcement,which are difficult to identify;The second reason is that parental education in our country has not yet formed its own system;The third reason is the lack of a deep understanding of the value of parenting.In this paper,the author thinks that the parental education should be developed,it is necessary to perfect the laws and regulations directly related to parenting education,increase financial input,perfect the system,guarantee the teachers' strength of parenting education,enlighten the parents' understanding of parenting education,and draw lessons from the excellent research achievements on parenting education at home and abroad.
