Studies On Cultivation Reserve Football Talents In The City Of Qinhuangdao

In those football powers,the establishment of a successful training mode for football reserve talents is the main means of promoting the development of their football.Under the wave of Chinese football reform,Qinhuangdao is also speeding up the reform of football project.Qinhuangdao had achieved fruitful results in the cultivation of football reserve talents,however,after the football professionalization reform,the football talent training mode it established before collapsed,which leads to the shortage of football talents in recent years.The reason is that Qinhuangdao hasn't established a football reserve talents training mode adapting to the new era after the football professionalization reform.This study focuses on the problems existing in the cultivation of football talents in Qinhuangdao.During the study,the author draw lessons from the ideas of previous researchers' research,and uses the literature material method,expert interview method,field survey method and method of questionnaire investigation to analysis the existing problems in the cultivation of football reserve talents in Qinhuangdao.Based on the research,the author draw lessons from the developed countries in football and finally come to the conclusion that the improvement of the efficiency of football talents cultivation in Qinhuangdao should rely on the establishment of the cultivation mode of football reserve talents.The connotation of the football reserve talents cultivation mode is to implement the concept of peopleoriented youth training,the amateur football clubs in Qinhuangdao pay special attention to fosterin g teenager's interest in football,to implement the talent training system of football training center.To shunt the talent,to implement the hybrid home and away league games,to implement continue training system for football teachers and coaches in amateur football club,to implement the contin ue training system of referee in Qinhuangdao.
