Research On The Training Mechanism Of Football Reserve Talents In Shanghai Youth Amateur Football Club

The improvement of youth football has always been the hope of Chinese football.In order to develop youth football,China has issued a series of policies to support the development of football sports.In recent years,with the national attention to football and the public's attention to football events,Shanghai has once again set off a wave of development of youth football.Among the football training subjects,the youth amateur football clubs,which are closely related to the campus football,are gradually emerging in Shanghai as a new force to cultivate the youth football reserve talents,which plays an increasingly critical role in the development of the youth football reserve talents in Shanghai.Based on the attention to this new football reserve talent training force,this paper makes an in-depth study on its advantages and disadvantages in the training of youth football reserve talent.By means of questionnaire survey,expert interview and literature review,this paper investigates and studies the reserve talent cultivation mechanism of Shanghai amateur youth football club.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the youth football reserve talent training mechanism from the perspectives of system science,sports training science,sociology and so on,in order to explore the correct way of the reserve talent training mechanism of Shanghai amateur youth football clubs.The study came to the following conclusions:1.The administrative department of Shanghai youth amateur football club is simple to set up and lacks football reserve talent management department;Football reserve talent management rules and regulations are not sound,the lack of football reserve talent development policies,football reserve talent management system needs to be further improved.2.The human resource construction mechanism of Shanghai youth amateur football club is not perfect and the club does not invest enough in coaches,which is not conducive to the cultivation of football reserve talents.The age structure of trainees is reasonable,but the competition organization and reward system are not perfect.3.The recruitment channels of Shanghai youth amateur football clubs are single,and the students are distributed regionally.The club lacks the reasonable athlete to select the material when the enrollment,neglects the student culture quality request.4.Shanghai youth amateur football club mainly adopts the training forms of entering the campus and walking to ensure the training quantity.The lack of timely assessment of training results leads to the phenomenon that club coaches arrange training contents according to experience.5.Most students of Shanghai amateur youth football club can participate in a wide range of competitions and competitions,but less students under U9 can participate in competitions.And the conflict between competition and study time is the main contradiction that the club needs to solve.6.There is no special department of culture and education in Shanghai youth amateur football club,which will not provide cultural education for students,nor pay enough attention to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality and ability.7.Very few players from Shanghai youth amateur football club end up on professional teams.The talent destination in high school is more simplified and centralized,and the football talent transfer rate in colleges and universities is very low,making football only stay at the level of sports interest and public fitness.
