Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Judo Athletes And Coaches In Hebei

Firstly,this paper investigates the current situation of the training of Judo athletes and coaches in Hebei Province by means of questionnaires.It is found that there are some problems in the training of Judo athletes and coaches,such as narrow selection channels,serious brain drain and unreasonable structure of coaches.Secondly,AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method is applied to evaluate the training quality of Judo athletes and coaches in Hebei Province,in order to analyze the quality of talent training.Finally,the paper points out that it is necessary to improve the scientificity of selecting talents and strengthen the consciousness of selecting talents,try every means to retain talents,strengthen the construction of coaches and improve teaching level,increase capital investment and broaden the sources of funds,strengthen training work and enhance the ability of educating people,improve athletes' cultural quality,and improve the training system of sports talents.Measures.So as to provide a reference basis for the training of Judo talents in Hebei Province,and also provide an important theoretical and practical basis for better promoting the development of Judo in Hebei Province.The conclusion is:1.Through the form of investigation to understand the recruitment and selection of Judo athletes,the results show that the scientific research and selection of coaches in Hebei Province is slightly unscientific and unreasonable.Judo is concentrated in 14-16 years old.Fewer athletes have trained for more than seven years.Most athletes are stepless and the loss of athletes is serious.2.The training plan of coaches is not perfect enough.The training times of athletes are concentrated on 5-6 times a week,and the satisfaction of training is not enough.Due to the impact of social environment,enthusiasm for work is not high,and training expenses are limited.The structure of coaches is unreasonable,and the number of coaches with highacademic qualifications and high professional titles is relatively small.3.According to the current situation of talent training,the evaluation system of the training quality of Judo Sports Talents in Hebei Province is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the training quality of Judo Sports Talents in Hebei Province belongs to the level of just to good.
