Objective:With the increasing levels of competitive sports, the training methods fitting with the characteristics of the sports become more and more important. Sling Exercise Training, as a core strength training method, is effective to enhance neuromuscular control ability and improve joint stability. By means of intervention of SET, the article is to study the effect of SET on specialized capability of Judo, and explore specialized training methods of Judo.Methods:14 judo athletes from Sports College of Beijing Sport University were divided into experimental group and control group by average. The experimental group took SET training, while the control group was trained without SET for 6 weeks. Before and after the experiment, the specialized capacities were tested and compared. The main measure outcomes were technical specifications carry the cast (including the level of the trunk flexion angle and angular velocity and the leg speed and the time to finish SEOINAGE), the number and action to bear the level of investment rates completed in 30 seconds, grip strength and leg long jump, dynamic balance ability. Results:The quality level of SEOINAGE was greatly improved, both the trunk flexion angle and angular velocity and the trunk rotation angular velocity increased, the speed of leg in stage of the entering was improved significantly(P<0.05) in experimental group. Both the scores and the times were significantly higher than before and had significant difference (P<0.05) in experimental group; the number of SEOINAGE finished in 30 seconds was significantly improved after SET training (P<0.01); the dynamic balance ability was also significantly improved after SET training (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in these outcomes among athlete in the control group. Experimental data also showed that after SET training, there were no differences in the grip strength and the single leg jump test in both groups. An increase was evident in all pretest-to-posttest results on dynamic balance ability and there is a significantly different in experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion: After 6 weeks' SET training, the quality to finish the technique of SEOINAGE,some specialized capacity of Judo, and the dynamic balance ability were all significantly improved. But the effect of SET training on the improvement of explosive force was limited. It was indicated that SET training could been an effective method to been used in Judo specialized training.
