Research On The Campaign Of "The Football Referees Entering Into The Campus" Among Football Featured Schools Of Xicheng District,Beijing

Campus football is comprhensively developed to establish a four-level football league.The group confrontation and football festivals in the class leagues among schools and schools are becoming more and more actively frequent.The increasingly high-quality football referees are in demand to serve the campus football.In the competition,the limited number of physical education teachers who can serve as campus football referees has restricted the development of the campus football competition.The main content of this research is the interpretation and research of the "Football Referees into the Campus" model of the characteristic school in Xicheng District,Beijing.From November 2016 to May 2018,the three football special schools were designed to promote and popularize the‘Football Referees into the Campus activities,so that the project gradually deepened into the campus,enriching the students' campus cultural life and solving the shortage of referees to promote the overall development of campus football activities.Due to the lack of operational guidance in the primary and secondary schools,this study is devoted to the construction of the football referee into the campus development model,and through research to explore the development model of the activity in primary and secondary schools.It provides a reference for the good development of football activities in primary and secondary schools.This paper mainly uses the literature data method,the questionnaire method,the field survey method,the expert interview method,the mathematical statistics method,and draws the following conclusions according to various investigations:To begin with,The schools set up leading groups to formulate detailed plans and implementation plans,plus the funding input,site facilities and equipment implementation,the event has been fully supported by relevant departments and school leaders.Second,in the activity development,it is necessary to follow the mode of the junior high school law enforcement,which can ensure the smooth completion of the competition and reduce disputes.Third,the "Football Referees into the Campus"" activities not only enabled 92.2% of the students to master the professional knowledge of football,but also enabled 94.4% of the students to master the relevant skills of the football referee.By understanding the game and actively participating in football,students are conducive to promoting the development of campus football activities,which is conducive to the smooth holding of the grassroots league.Fourth,the "Football Referees into the Campus" activity has enriched the students' campus cultural life,effectively solved the shortage of referee teachers,reduced the workload of teachers,and offered new models of carrying out the football activities of primary and middle schools in Xicheng District,Beijing.Fifth,"Football Referees into campus activities" can promote students' awareness of rules and team spirit,and improve students' self-discipline and communication skills.Last but not least,in the "Football Referees into the Campus" activity,the recruitment of female students is relatively small and the passing rate is not high.
